Review summary

There is not one thing I would have changed about my cruise. I enjoyed all of it and the staff is so friendly and helpful. MSC made the trip at each port so easy and accommodating to get into the city center and back to the ship.

We were also on this cruise, had a lovely time,until disembarking and found out we had a €20 bill after settling our account the day before and was told to go and settle it before we could disembark, only to find out the birthday cake that should of been complimentary as our diamond status suddenly came clear as two cakes arrived at the dinner table one was complimentary the other was to be paid for! my wife was told when she ordered the cake it was complimentary but somehow we got 2cakes and as she signed for it we had to pay 🤬🤬 we won't be sailing MSC again 😤😤
