We purchased 2 cans of Pringles from the shop on board and they were stale upon opening them. Checked the expiration date and they were expired snacks, but we did not notice this until we were off ship. So could not return them.

Food poisoning no not Covid . Never again after 20 some cruises . I thought we try something new . Once was enough . Food stunk and activities and entertainment as well . Back to other cruise lines.

Amazing service from the moment we got to the cruise ship. The treatment was impressive from room service to restaurant waiters. The activities and dance classes were great.

Absolutely amazing first cruise experience. Indulgence, relaxation, great service, and lots of fun. Would definitely recommend MSC Cruises! Can’t wait for my next cruise.

Overall great trip. Good cruise line. Would be nice if they didn’t have people walking around the whole time trying to sell you a dining meal or drink package. But other than that, good choice for relaxing vacation for adults. I think kids would get bored.

Overall, we had a great time. The staff was so nice. We will definitely cruise with MSC again. We loved the private island the best. One ship docs at a time so only our boat was there. It was so beautiful and everyone was amazing! We thought the cruise was the best experience. We were amazed with the price and the quality we got! Thank you for a great vacation!

Loved spending 2 days at Ocean Cay. The lagoon water was stagnant (smelled sulphuric and burned) but was able to use another beach. Cozumel and Costa maya were ok but not why we cam of the cruise. (Mainly to get away and relax and MSC accomplished that.) The only issue was the service at the excursion desk.

This was our first MSC Cruise and it will not be our last. We were very satisfied with the ship, the staff, and our overall experience.

First cruise on MSC. Was nice to get a change. Enjoyed the Divina. The ship's interior could have been a bit warmer. Felt so incredibly cold.

I've been on one cruise in 2016 (Carnival - spring break) and this was my husband's first cruise. I really researched the Divina and read so many reviews prior to booking, because we decided very last minute to go on a cruise. I was really nervous considering how many bad reviews I read; however, I am so glad we committed and booked the Divina. We had a fantastic time and would sail on the MSC Divina again if given the opportunity. We really enjoyed ourselves and especially loved Ocean Cay, the lighthouse show, and getting to be in the Bahamas overnight. I even saw a shooting star! We basically spent our whole week relaxing, unwinding, and eating tons of food. We didn't do excursions every time we docked, but just made the most out of an all-inclusive boat trip. If you are a relaxed/go with the flow kind of person, you will really enjoy your experience on the MSC Divina. The service and employees are all so friendly, which is probably the only accurate review I read (IMO). Vacation truly is what you make of it. My husband and I had a blast and hope we will be able to cruise again and the bottom line is that MSC cruises are just very affordable! Consider what you like and what you are looking for in a cruise and if you are chill, definitely go ahead and book MSC!

They extra charge my credit card , entertainment horrible , service horrible , cabin not clean at all , compare with other pany MSC DONT ALLOW BRING SODAS OR WATER AND THEY PUSH IT TO BUY THEY DRINK PACKAGE FOR 2 person $172.00 😡😡😡

Cruise was great. But that sold us the cruise cheated us out of the free drink package and Wi-Fi that they used to get us to book cruise. Will go directly with MDC next time

We enjoyed but there were very limited choices of food for vegetarians.

We were hesitatant, thinking two days at Ocean Cay was too much. We were so wrong. It was wonderful to walk along the paths provided and beach in the evening with the breeze. Perfect trip.

Everything about this cruise was good. My kids had so much fun there. Very clean and classy. All the restaurants has great services to offer. Staff was very helpful and really nice people work there. My experience at the black crab restaurant was just excellent.

I am a fan of MSC. The services is great. Food taste good.

Overall had a great experience. The only negative comment I would have is I did not like Costa de Mayo port. But I was happy to be back on the ship and it wouldn’t stop me from taking the same cruise again

Overall the cruise was relaxing, clean, and not too crowded. My only complaint is the long wait for check in and food not hot in the buffet
