Sunil & Joel in the Black Crab were so professionals. I had Sunil before and made my experience exclusive. Sunil's attention to detail made me feel so important. Sunil saw the way my table acted: like sharing food. next time around Sunil splitted the plate so we dont have to pass the plate around. He saw what my mom liked and my mom stopped looking at menu because Sunil knew what my mom wanted. Sunil knew what was the best plate and if we didnt pick that he brought it anyways and we loved him for it. 2 or 3 years ago also with Sunil to Cuba in MSC Armonia the experience was so exquisite so fancy at least he made it feel like that to me, a regular person.
