Review summary

Cruise was great. But that sold us the cruise cheated us out of the free drink package and Wi-Fi that they used to get us to book cruise. Will go directly with MDC next time

Booked Cruise with and said included drink package and Wi-FI with cruise. Two weeks before cruise called to make sure the package was set up and would have no problem on MSC and it was not. Had to buy drink package on board and wifi and our 585 cruise wound up costing 980 dollars. I will never use Cruiseonly.com to book a cruise ever again and have used the for years. When I called them when I got back they did nothing to help me. Our friend paid for same cruise directly with MSC and no problem. MSC should stop doing any business with .

We mostly book through an online booking agency. Never had any issues getting everything that had been promised including beverage packages and additional OBC. Seems it depends what sight you use.

Your report should be written against your travel agency not the cruise line. I think next time you should book directly with a cruise line.
