We LOVED MSC DIVINA. The ship was amazing, the staff superb, and the food had a great variety. Our balcony stateroom was roomy, clean, and more than met our expectations. Our steward Mark Dio did a fabulous job with our room.The nightly shows were a highlight of the cruise. They put on an "off broadway" production every evening like no other ship I have been on. Above and beyond expectations. This cruise is very international. I would guess Americans were only about 20% of the passengers, which we loved, but may not be for everyone. Be prepared to hear the Captain speak in SIX different languages for announcements. I highly recommend this ship and MSC cruise line. They do a great job! Thanks Captain Massa!

MSC was a first for us but we have been on several cruises over the past 20+ years. It started when they matched our highest loyalty rating with another cruise line which made us automatically Silver and the benefits of that. As you can see our Embarkation and Debarkation which can be stressful was a Breeze... Food and Drinks were very good.... Truly Enjoyed the Cruise Critic Forums - Sail Away - Meet & Greet and Cabin Crawl and all of the Wonderful New People that we met during. The Captain was personable. Thank You to MSC for a Wonderful Week!

when I tell you I had the best time of my life on this cruise ship that I will never forget Per our Captain. thanks for keeping us updated with #IRMA and OH the 7 days turning into 12 days was awesome.

The ship was beautiful, some of the staff was great, the food was great. Customer service was horrible. So if you go on the ship expecting to be treated like a king or queen you will be very disappointed. Everything seemed to be an additional cost. Overall we had a good time because we were there as a group. For the price it was a good deal. But, I probably would not take this cruise line again unless there are some customer service changes and additional charges changes made.

MSC DIVINA stunning ship. And not withstanding the fact that we didn’t get our Caribbean cruise due to hurricane Irma we would use MSC again. Captain Marco was great kept us informed of everything he was going. This included taking all the Americans back to Miami to deal with their homes etc and then took the rest of us off to Mexico via Jamaica and Grand Cayman. We had booked all inclusive which they extended to cover the extra days that we were kept in Mexico Always found sun loungers and pools were never full of people lots of varied entertainment

I had such a good time, I've already booked my next cruise. Captian Masso did a fantastic job in keeping us informed and keeping us out of harm's way.

As I mentioned we were diverted from our normal cruise because of Hurricane Irma...we have the greatest respect and admiration for Capt.Massa, his crew and MSC, for putting the safety of the passengers first...and although our relatives were worried, WE had a great time. We would definitely sail MSC again.

I’m rating this four stars because the cruise had way too many people but it was very nice and elegant because they had very nice things there they had good food and a good pools. They also had very very very good things to do there you would never get bored. I very well suggest MSC Divina.

MSC is 5 stars all the way .The room is great .The staff members are very friendly . And the buffet was amazing. There was were contest that were very fun . That why I loved being on MSC Divina!

This is the best cruiseline I have ever ever been al there kids cooking classes pool water slides msc divina has it all I wish to sail with them again and I also can't wait for msc seaside to come out in November 2018

Absolutely amazing Ship!!! The crew all over the ship where very friendly and helpful when needed. The food was very good. The Yacht Club experience really is the icing on the cake.... My only complaint is they should always have one pool and hot tub open.. They close down by 10pm or 11pm. That made me sad 😔 BUT IT WAS PROBABLY ONE OF MY TOP 4 TRIPS

This was the first cruise we have ever been on and it exceeded our expectations! We loved the entire trip, from beginning to end, and have already booked another one for the MSC seaside next summer.

Great ship, loved yacht club however entertainment can be a tad better. Enjoy myself though in the end. The gelato sand bakery was amazing and great!!

This cruise on the MSC Divina was great. The ship was well done and maintained. The food on board was fantastic. I would love to continue travelling with MSC. They have the loyalty program status match and it is a great program.

I had cruised before on Carnival Breeze and on NCL sky. I really liked MSC Divina more than the two others. Fun on MSC Divina is different than the two others, I liked it much much more. Foods are better, balcony state rooms bigger than Carnival Breeze. Pools so clean and not so crowded. Beverage pretty good. Definitely I will try to cruise on MSC cruise line again

Just got back from 7 night cruise. Had alot of fun. Room was good size,balcony was huge. Never bored. Something for everyone to do from 8am to 10pm. A few items need improvment such as; no garbage cans anywhere. very slow bar service at pool bars. Pools are too deep for small kids each pool is 5ft & 6ft with the exception of infinity pool, but that is an adult only pool. Food on buffet was good. Suggestion go to Black Crab dining for dinners.

The ship was beautiful, however, customer service was not the best. The service was very slow. I did not like the repeated entertainment that was done weekly Especially when the guest is doing a two week cruise.

Very international. Loved the culture... food, Italian Opera and classical music. The room was awesome. I loved the dance parties and the ports of call as well as the price! $644 pp for 8 nights during the peak of summer. However, it was way too crowded and the guests were rude, they would just push each other out of the way in crowded elevators in hallways and at meals. We had a hard time finding tables to eat, were crammed in a corner for dinner. Had to move our chairs to let people through. We got charged $12.50 every time they cleaned our room... 3 times each day!!! Announcements in 5 languages were annoying. Some of the service was great, some very rude. One of the cruise directors told my mother very rudely to get out of the way. I was so shocked!!! MSC has a lot to learn before the make it in the American market. We expect more here. Carnival and Royal Caribbean are way better!

It was a wonderful expérience to discover so many new place like Nassau Georgetown and Jamaica. I dislike the people reserved the chairs with their towels all day long.

Just got off Divina this morning (7/29/2017) for the third time and had an absolutely amazing time again!!!! Food in MDR was better this time, though it had never been bad. Shows were awesome as usual and just had a great time with my wife and son!!!! Booked spring break week on Seaside while we were on board so looking forward to seeing it!!!
