Review summary

The ship was beautiful, however, customer service was not the best. The service was very slow. I did not like the repeated entertainment that was done weekly Especially when the guest is doing a two week cruise.

Thanks for sharing your cruise.

curious how the boarding process was. How long did you have to wait in line to register etc before you actually got on the ship?

We had the same frustration on the NCL Jade a couple of months ago. Didn't like a show on week one, went back week 2 hoping it was different, it was the same and this time we were penned in by elderly people so had to sit it out... argh...

You are right. Will keep that in mind. The entertainment was the least of it. Just was not. Impressed. Customer service was not good. Crew was too slow.

Simple enough answer, you need to get on a different ship for week two..... Back to Back cruises on the same ship always give you repetition of the shows, you have to bear in mind that only a handful of passengers will be staying onboard...

Not swapping entertainment, if you are on for two weeks, entrainment should change. If I see it one week I should see something different the following week, not the same one as the week before.

I am not aware of any ship that swaps entertainers & shows on a weekly basis. Probably not in Vegas nor Broadway either.
