Review summary

The ship was beautiful, some of the staff was great, the food was great. Customer service was horrible. So if you go on the ship expecting to be treated like a king or queen you will be very disappointed. Everything seemed to be an additional cost. Overall we had a good time because we were there as a group. For the price it was a good deal. But, I probably would not take this cruise line again unless there are some customer service changes and additional charges changes made.

The main dining & buffet were great, our servers were awesome and very friendly. It is too bad that the regular dining and specialty dinning experience are rated together. The regular dining I would have no problems and would rate a 5. The dining experience that cost extra not so much. The dining experience at Eatly was HORRIBLE. Our dinner took 3 hours. The restaurant was nothing fancy at all.In fact it looked like a pizza place with plastic charis. Right before our dinner came they told us they ran out of baked potatoes so six of us had to order something else. One persons steak was not cooked correctly. When it as sent back they literally went up to the counter and waited a few minutes and brought the same steak back. The food was good once we got it but, we were not expecting the dinner to last 3 hours!

Some staff were great others not so much. 2 people in our group did not get their non alcohol package tickets they were supposed to get. When they went to customer service they were basically called liars. You NEVER saw anyone taking drink orders by the pool. You always had to go to the bar and wait at least 15- 20 minutes for a drink

I along with 4 other senior Cples cruised Divina , we went on for the food shows , beauty of the ship ,, not so someone could kiss our ass, customer service does suck , but I wasn't eating customer service

beautiful ship..great food..great entertainment..ok so here it is...this isn't meant to offend so don't jump on me...it is a European ship and still making its mark in the US...its not that the customer service is bad..europeans (and I have many as dear friends) can be perceived as a bit uprupt...but once you understand their culture I am sure you will understand their actions....they are delightful and well serving..its a great ship and cruise!

I was on this ship last year. I agree with you 100%. Beautiful ship. Great food. HORRIBLE customer service.
