Review summary

As I mentioned we were diverted from our normal cruise because of Hurricane Irma...we have the greatest respect and admiration for Capt.Massa, his crew and MSC, for putting the safety of the passengers first...and although our relatives were worried, WE had a great time. We would definitely sail MSC again.

Very simple and quick. My friends lost their embarkation papers but had no trouble. Very efficient .

Villa Rosas..unbelievable !! We always had breakfast at the black crab..just as good...didn't go to the speciality restaurants ...the buffet was excellent though a little crowded at times...which is to be expected. The pizzas were out of this world !

Onboard Activities

I had to give you 5 stars for the hot tubs in the La sirene covered pool....we were there every morning before breakfast.

The stage shows were some of the best that I have seen on other cruises....evenings we moved from one venue to another enjoying the musicians....

The service was absolutely fantastic at the Bella rosa and at the black crab....could not ask for more....in fact all the personnel we encountered were very friendly and helpful...specially when we were lost!

Ships design was excellent...the marble, mirrors, staircase...all fabulous ....and all the common areas were very clean and maintained

Wow !!!! My goodness there seem to be some very nasty, mean and unhappy people out there !! Reading through some of the reviews I couldn't help feel for these unhappy people who found soooo many things that irritated them. It's a vacation folks...you are only making yourself unhappy . As for the rest of us on that cruise ? We had a great time !!!!

Arrr, when you are on a ship, you care about yourselves, NOT the relatives! Seriously, glad you had a great time, but you can understand why those that care about you are worried with an active hurricane off the port bow, or starboard aft. Man that thing moves around!!!
