This was the first cruise we have ever been on and it exceeded our expectations! We loved the entire trip, from beginning to end, and have already booked another one for the MSC seaside next summer.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
It was very smooth and the staff were very welcoming!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The food was amazing and the staff were excellent! We had Balmeo Edwin from Philippines and Hector Josue Castillo Gonzales from Honduras as our waiters and they were such a positive part of the dining experience! We miss them a ton already!
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
The pools were very small and hard to get into because they were so packed. The activities during the day were not overly exciting. The evening was a totally different story though!
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The theater performances were AMAZING!! One of the best things about the MSC Divina! Really Really great!
Children's Programs
1 out of 5
The lady that was running the kids program was very rude and acted like we were annoying her. She was too busy yelling at the children to pay attention to us and it made us very uncomfortable for her to be in charge of our son's care so we did not send him.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We had the most AMAZING staff on the ship! We had Hector Josue Castillo Gonzales from Honduras and Balmeo Edwin from the Philippines as our waiters. They were phenomenal and made dinner time so fun! Our Room steward was Hafe (I can't spell her whole name) and she was so sweet! We miss them all!
Ship Quality

It was beautiful!
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The size of the cabin was wonderful. We heard that some rooms are small on cruises but this was a fantastic size. Even the bathroom was great! Our room steward came 2x daily and we always had fresh towels. Anything we asked for, she took care of it.
We went to the beach and spent the day playing in the water and laying out. The beach wasn't nearly as nice as St. Martin, but the water was beautiful and we had fish swimming around us the whole time.
