Beautiful ship. Lots of lovely bars and lounges to enjoy live music throughout the ship. Dining room meals were good but didn't quite compare to Royal Caribbean. Some issues with embarkation- mistake by MSC staff at check-in which resulted in very delayed entry to ship (and walk back to beginning of embarkation point). Not a great start but ended up having an excellent cruise.

There were six of us , not first time cruisers, The other four will not return to MSC because of the above issues. I would because no matter what ship you're on it is what it is, sure people could be nicer, don't push,butt in line and close elevators in your face, but that's on them. I enjoyed the time with my wife and friends, met some nice people from Sweden and enjoyed the sports bar. One thing if you want to get a place at the pool on cruise days go early. People put towels out, and hog all the lounges, no one enforces the 30 minute rule, so go early and get a place.Enjoy your trip on MSC, don't let the small things bother you, All in All I had a great time and will be cruising again in April.

Terrible dinning experience. Food was usually cold, overcooked and tasteless. Theater was a nightmare for the handicapped. Entertainment was fantastic. Disembarcation was a terrible experience, it took almost three hours.

In general, the cruise was great, except for a note about the cleanliness of the buffet and a bit more expeditious for the many staff. The route was exceptional (except Rawad Town, BIV). Cabin and service and also. Excursion staff were incredible, and also at the front desk as well as most of the bar staff. I will be happy to try a new experience with MSC cruises.

We had a great time on Divina for the forth time. It was our first time doing a 10 night and it was awesome!! We thought the service was great in all areas and had the best dinner mates we could have ever hoped for!!! Not a big fan of Tortola and had issues with bus drivers being on strike in Guadeloupe but those were the only minor detractors.

We thoroughly enjoyed the MSC Divina. The ship was beautiful. Room was spacious and room stewart, Stella was perfect. This is our first time on MSC and we were a little concerned about some reviews but most were unfounded. Of all the cruises we have been on, this was the first that had things going on after 10:00 pm. As a matter of fact, that when things really got started. There at many bars with entertainment galore. Also there was a wonderful diversity of cultures and ages. The only minor negative was that they are quite short staffed. The crew works very very hard. Waiters in the dining room are almost running, yet they still have a smile and great sense of humour. As far as ports, I could easily skip Tortola and Guadalupe. There was a taxi strike in Guadalupe and out bus tour got cancelled (after we waited almost 2 hours before being told). This was unnecessary since the strike had been on 2 weeks prior and MSC should have known. In conclusion, this cruise was great and I would definitely cruise MSC again.

This was a 10 night cruise, not 21. Had a great time relaxing and hanging out with friends.

This ship is very different from American based ships. It is very European with passengers of many cultures, many different languages. Announcements are made in about 4 or 5 languages. Pizza is excellent in buffet!

Had read reviews from previous passengers. Lowered our expectations for food. Good bread and pastries. Had Classic drink package - no prolems. Pizza at wine bar was great - ignore the menu, talk to Rosario, the pizza chef, and tell him what you like. Entertainers in theatre are good dancers, singers and gymnasts. Entertainers at venues are quality performers.

We really enjoyed our vacation on the MSC Divina. We took advantage of the Aurea Spa and couples massage. Entertainment was excellent. Already planning my next cruise on MSC Seaside.

This was a lifetime experience...on MSC Divina....many more to come.

Fabulous ship with great itinerary! MSC works for us as we have travelled extensively through Europe and like the European flair. Fear further americanization.

Not being sure if it is something for this area or time of year or just happened. The clouds were low and on every island clouds touched the mountain tops, it looked very interesting and nice. The most international passengers of any cruise we have taken that departs and returns to the same port. At our dinner table we sat with a Hungarian couple who speaks very little English and we do not speak any Hungarian. They were very nice but we had a hard time communicating. As usual the crew was international and the crew that deals with passengers spoke English but some were hard to understand, especially the captain with his announcements. The speaker in our cabin and others that we talked with did not work.

We were overall satisfied with our YachtClub experience on MSC Divina. We were pampered and felt VIP. But average food and pricy internet* brings down the total experience. * We bought the Premium Internet with 7GB, thinking it would give us good daily usage. (I have 5GB in my telephone subscription and I never use it up in a month. And I am a an airlinepilot, always travelling outside of wifi areas) On the boat it was used up in 60 hours. One MB at land is apparently not 1MB at sea. They claim it was due to Apple products, even though I turned off automatic updates. We bought additional 3,5 GB, it disappeared in no time. We complained and they withdrew the servicecharge - which was fair. About same amount. Credit to MSC for that.

It was "ok" but not one I'd rush to do again anytime soon.

Dreadful / stressful / disorganised. Worst cruise line we have been on by far. Incontinence pads left in bins by previous residents. Poor quality of food, repetitive, lack of hygiene at best 3 star rating It is not worth pre-paying for any services as you get better treatment as a walk-in We did get off at every port and generally they were good but in the main did not comment as we do not wish to improve the overall rating of MSC.

Had a wonderful cruise!! Enjoyed all the activities and how friendly everyone is.

It was my girlfriend first time on a cruise and see loved it, the ship was fantastic and the cabin was great. Roll on next time

This was my 12th cruise, but my first time on the msc divina. Beautiful ship! Excellent food! Pretty good service overall! Clean ship and clean rooms.

Sailed on several times. Best kids club Food was great for kids. Great family ship. Crew also went out of there way to interact with children. Will travel again this Christmas. They go all out at Christmas.
