Review summary

In general, the cruise was great, except for a note about the cleanliness of the buffet and a bit more expeditious for the many staff. The route was exceptional (except Rawad Town, BIV). Cabin and service and also. Excursion staff were incredible, and also at the front desk as well as most of the bar staff. I will be happy to try a new experience with MSC cruises.

Fast and very good preparation. According to pre-read reviews, I was expecting delay and queuing, but everything was perfect, fast and extremely comfortable.

Food and Dining

The food was delicious, but relatively uniform and for most of the time the buffet was closed, even in the announced hours for work.

Onboard Activities

Swimming pool was full, and lounges too. Between 8 and 16 hours, a free sunbed could not be found. Also, all the bars on the 14th floor were reserved by towels, although they and the lounges were largely unoccupied by passengers. I believe that a sun lounger with towels or others should not be allowed. If there is no passenger, the deckchair should be considered a fad.

Entertainment

Since we booked the two parts of the cruise - Western and Eastern Carriages, we were unpleasantly surprised that the program for the second 11 days was an absolute repeat of the program for the first 11 days. So there was no fun in the second part of the cruise.

Service and Staff

The room steward, reception staff and excursion office were on the level, but with some of the waiters in the bars and the staff in the buffet, there is more to be desired than that.

Ship Quality

The ship is great, but for the cleanliness of the common areas there is much to be desired, especially the buffet and decks on the 14th and 15th floors.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin is super comfortable, including the bathroom and the balcony. The steward of the cabin cleansed every day, and the towels changed as needed and twice a day. That was the best thing about the ship. The excitement was felt, but it was easy. There were no noises, no sounds, no engines, lifts, and so on.

Ship tip

Do not have a very high opinion of the restaurants and the buffet, as well as the type of food that is offered. Also, take into consideration that when buying pre-coupons for alcoholic drinks, alcoholic cocktails, beer, wine and much of the rest of the alcohol offered can not be consumed with these coupons. their prices exceed by a few cents the prices allowed by the coupon, ie. you will not be able to use the coupons.

An unreasonable distribution of the descendants from the ship, leading to the formation of huge queues and compelled passengers to travel miles along the ship to reach the exit and then to pass through customs with all the luggage.
