Review summary

Fabulous ship with great itinerary! MSC works for us as we have travelled extensively through Europe and like the European flair. Fear further americanization.

Embarkation

Always a but tense with diverse crowds. Europeans really don’t cue up in an orderrly fashion. Much more aggressive.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We loved our dinner experience! We had late seating , Black Crab , deck 6 , in the back.. table 605. Remauldo and Cathyrine were great. They took great care of us. Food was great. Some say lacks flavor but all in all good variety (although same on the back to back) . Back to back lunch was amazing !!!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We loved all of the different entertainment venues except the extremely loud areas, but plenty of nice quiet places. We enjoyed the solarium especially when the top was proteacted to let the sun in. On sea days, hard to get a chair as people reserved them in early morning and there was no policing for nonuse. We used our balcony as a respite! We really just took advantage of the entertainment at night.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Outstanding. Felt that lead female needed to be louder than recorded music. Tenor and soprano were amazing! Love the classical and operatic events!

Children's Programs

Just me and husband

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Remauldo and Cathyrine at table 605 in Black Crab were amazing! We loved Jessielyn, our talented towel artist and cabin steward! Mohamed Ben Abdel Fatah made all the special events amazing!!!!! The Divina is lucky to have him!

Ship Quality

Always cleaning and maintaining beautiful Divina.

Cabin / Stateroom

Perfect size for the cruise. We had to move next door for our back to back , but opening the balcony divider was a real help!

Ship tip

The doors arent magnetic but put something fun on your door to help you find it!

Easy to get to! Uber works like a charm. We rented a car and went to everglades on a different cruise. Little disappointing as back to back ... had to wait to get back on with new passengers.

Kralendijk, Bonaire

Favorite port of ABC’s! Took a taxi tour with 2 other couples. Great tour - lots of picture stops and a great beach at the end. Loved the flamingos, the beaches, the salt flats.
