Had a great time on the Island! The lighthouse show was a little poor but we had fun. ALEX however, needs to totally tone down on the "cat calls". It's gross and inappropriate. He sounds like an adult that needs a partner. PLEASE ask him to stop!

It's pretty cool and great experience, it was my first. But like I've mentioned earlier, there's a lot of extras $$ that they don't mention it and then they will charge you at the end. I end up with almost $500 in extras. When you book online, it will say that you will have $500 credit on ship, but that's a lie also. They will make you get tested for Covid-19 48 hours prior to your trip, but results can take 72 hours, so that's another scam to take $90 per person. I got ny result being on the ship the day later, so I ended up paying $180 for Covid-19 test to get into the ship.

The best cruise I have ever been on! There was so much that we didn't even get time to do! The shopping is excellent!!! The deals and duty free! Cannot stop raving!

My first cruise was perfect. I had a great time. The food at the buffet was amazing. The bartenders were friendly and were fast and made great frozen daiquiris. If you want to hear more rap and hip hop music, reggae, afrobeats, you have to go the Galaxy Club during the night because mainly Latino and Hispanic music is played throughout the ship.

Overall a very good experience, would not change a single thing. Will do it again.

We chose the short (4 night cruise) to 'test' MSC as a cruise line option for longer cruises in the future. Having cruised on many other lines before we didn't know what to expect from this European line. We were not disappointed and would recommend this line to others and would book again with MSC without hesitation.

My cruise was great. The Cigar Bar was a highlight for me. To have a comfortable indoor space was very unexpected. Great atmosphere.

It was the worst cruise I have ever taken in my life. I have been on 18 cruises and I will NEVER take MSC again.

We booked this cruise due to the family activities advertised. Although those were not as expected, the service and attention from the team made this a magical time for my family! Thank you to our Divina team for making us feel so special.

Great one week cruise from Port Canaveral. Stick with the fish entrees and you will be pleased. If you are only a light drinker skip the package since "house wine" is $7 a glass. Hope to dock in downtown Cozumel (MSC usual spot) for easy access to the city. Go out of the ship to enjoy Ocean Cay at night.

Great staff, great ship. Loved snorkeling on the island. Great to see the conservation efforts being done. Wish we'd been warned it was a holiday in Nassau when we docked, many museums and restaurants were closed.

I would like to be compensated some way. I listed all the experience we endured while on our first cruise. I would go again if I am able to stay longer and get to see the island and excursion.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience. This was our first cruise, and doing so with five young kids was daunting. There were certainly hiccups throughout our 11 day experience, but MSC staff were always so incredible in helping rectify the issue in a manner that favored us as the customer. They took the stress away from traveling, and we were able to enjoy our experience unconditionally. Had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our agent Holly was absolutely amazing!! She helped us with countless questions and concerns prior to embarkation and she set the whole trip up for success.

The cruise was very nice. It would have been so much better for me had the music selections been more versatile. The majority of the music played in the Galaxy club and on the Aqua Park deck only catered to one culture. This was a major letdown for me. I could not get my dancing on like I wanted too.

We were looking forward to our cruise. They made our 3 year old take a covid test in which the team was very invasive and rude who administered and it traumatized my daughter.

If you want to just relax then this ship is ok. Food a+, service f.

I would recommend this cruise for everyone. This was worth it . Thank you to all !
