I feel that most 3 day cruises on any line tend to be not so great. We have cruised with MSC 12 times, shortest was 7 nights and are set to cruise #13 in October. Sorry your cruise was not good.

Eh I take all reviews with a grain of salt. I look for constant repeat complaints versus constant compliments. It's unfortunate to have such an experience- hopefully your next will be better !

This makes me really sad because I’m so looking forward to going on The Divina in September for the second time (my third MSC cruise). I read so many negative reviews back in 2014 for my first cruise with them. I tried it & loved it. We’re traveling with family & friends, and I know we’ll have a wonderful cruise. It’s different from other cruise lines, but there is always something beautiful & good to appreciate. I try not to focus on small issues but rather appreciate the beauty & great service on the ship & be so happy we still have this opportunity.

I Cruised with MSC in January And had a great experience and I’m cruising again in October and looking forward to it. I find it hard to believe that almost everything was one star, especially when others have rated it four and five stars.
