I would like to be compensated some way. I listed all the experience we endured while on our first cruise. I would go again if I am able to stay longer and get to see the island and excursion.
Embarkation

Good, but did not get to go to the Island.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The dining rooms were elegant, roomy and beautiful. Buffet was spaced out and fast with service. Getting drinks on the upper deck by the whirlpool was an experience of disappointment. My friend went to get a drink and the bar tender said he was closed not taking anymore customers. We watched him take a group of people and others right after she walked off. That particular bar was by passing people who was waiting for a long time and taking people who just walked up. All other bars were friendly, faster and drinks were strong and good. The scheduled dining hour wait for food was 1/2 hours. The food was delicious. The buffer was wonderful the first night, pizza, fries, tuna sandwiches, hamburgers, were very tasty. I was hoping there would of been something different every night at buffet time. Got burnt out quick. The workers were good at cleaning up after everyone.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Sit by the pool once on deck 14. Did not get into the pool, over crowded. It was my birthday and my one wish was to drive a jet ski. So my friends/family paid for me to go on a excursions at Ocean Cay. So excited. Once we arrived they cancel our stay on the island. I understand they want to keep us safe, I get that. My first time on a cruise to see a island in the Bahamas and ride just ski's was my only wish. And I didn't get to do either. I was very sad, disappointed, felt like I wasted my money. That's was the worst part. I called and spoke with my agent asking for compensation, he said I should be receiving something by email.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Only one night went to the stage show. Didn't know to read the itinerary from day to day activities because there wasn't any that came to our room. Except the last day of the cruise. No was was very informative. We had to ask around to find things and what to do with getting our credit cards changed to out room key.
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Waiters on deck 14 by the pool in the corner to the buffet were not attentive at all. They picked and choose who they would serve. One of the ladies with our group went up to get a drink. He said he was closed, and no longer after she walked off he waited on a group and more people after telling her he was closed. Service desk was not helpful with our issues with the room and seemed annoyed with our concerns (no hot water, leaking frig, door jamming on balcony, and loose wall outside on the desk slamming against the rail. No sleep) The refrigerator did not work, they never came to fix it. It was leaking water on the floor.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Inside the ship was very well kept. Looked new and renovated. Loved the glass stairs case, casino layout, 14 deck with hugh projector screen, stage show room was large and very nice. Loved cigar bar setup too. Disc club was fun. Room looked like it needed to be a little updated.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Our room was old, not updated too much. The pull out bed was very hard. Like sleeping on ply wood. You have to roll to the inside or you will not survive the whole trip. I folded it up and slept on the couch. It was much better. Not much space for 3 people and luggage. Bathroom is tiny, but manageable. Didn't like that you have to out your key card in the light socket. The bed was okay, not super comfy but better than the pull out couch.

Ship tip
Make sure you find out what to do while your on the ship, no one tells you much you will have to figure it out on your own. Chances are you may not see the island on a 3 night cruise, go for longer if you can afford it.
We had a great time in Nassau. We shopped and seen a lot of different things. It was beautiful. We was hoping to go back there since we did not get a chance to get to Ocean Cay Island.
