Review summary

The best cruise I have ever been on! There was so much that we didn't even get time to do! The shopping is excellent!!! The deals and duty free! Cannot stop raving!

Embarkation

It was just okay. It took about 2 hours to get through the line and check in, however, a frequent cruiser in front of us did state that this was abnormal.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The dining was exceptional! Nova in the main dining room made us feel so welcome we never wanted to eat anywhere else! We would take the same cruise again just to see him alone! The buffets were great too. We did not try any of the specialty restaurants, but honestly didn't feel the need to spend the extra money. There was more than enough food that was included in the package and there was never any waiting to be served.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Karaoke!!! Clubs!!! Pools!!! Spa!!! Lounges!!! Always something to do! Highly entertaining!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We did not see any shows, but the DJ's where all great!

Children's Programs

My teen stayed with us the whole time.

Service and Staff

Christian was great! He was part of the room staff on the other side of my hall, but we had switched rooms from that side to the other side and he not only helped us by opening our old room to get our suitcases, but he also helped us move everything over and pulled out the bed and was sure to great us all by name each and every morning! Nova in the Black Crab dining room was beyond wonderful! He made us feel right at home each and every night to the point that we never wanted to eat anywhere else! Also had a bright smile on his face which lit up the room and always took the time to talk to us and make sure we were always taken care of.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was extremely clean. With COVID still a thing I felt very safe with the cleanliness of the ship. I always saw people cleaning EVERYTHING!!!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Even though we moved from this cabin to 11041, we still checked out the cabin before moving and found it to be very nice and accommodating. We upgraded to the balcony suite, but would have been very happy if we had to stay .

Ship tip

When you buy your drink packages the price they give you does not include the gratuity that will be added at the end. It is a little bit misleading because you are told that the drink packages include the gratuity, which they do, but not for the price you think you are paying for. It is added on to the end.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

5 out of 5
We drove from Fort Lauderdale, FL to cruise out from this port. It was a 2 and half hour drive, but well worth it in my opinion. It was clean and easy to navigate.

Nassau, Bahamas

Clean, and easy to navigate.

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

Stunning. We got a cabana and found it to be well worth it. Especially in the middle of summer. We brought our own snorkels and I even saw a baby nerf shark in the lagoon! It was amazing!

Disembarkation

Very organized. The luggage was picked up off the boat. Everyone was assigned a number to disembark and it was also assigned to your luggage. Once off the ship you just walked over to the table with your number and find your luggage. It is all layed out on and under tables, so it is very easy to locate and move on.
