Review summary

MSC could give me a free cruise and I would not take it. This was the worst experience ever!

Embarkation

It took 8 hours and another 2 to get our key card

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
By far the worst food. The choices were poor and the quality was worse.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
The pools and fitness center was fine.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
The stage shows were not worth attending. They lasted only 35 minutes. That was the best part.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
The service on the ship was worse than what would be provided at a fast food restaurant. They never checked on drink refills. They refused to sing happy birthday to a passenger (military veteran) unless we bought a cake from MSC. This policy is disgusting.

Ship tip

Pay the extra money and go on a real cruise line! MSC is better at shipping cargo than passengers.

Disembarkation

The staff failed again to have an organized system to get passengers on and off the ship. It was literally a fire hazard just like every other time of disembarking the ship.
