Review summary

I will not sail on the Divina again. The ship while still pretty fell short on far too many areas, especially if you elect Yacht Club. The comparison between the Yacht Club experience with other ships is night and day.

The embarkation seemed very chaotic and unorganized. As MSC Yacht Club, I expected more. While it was quicker, it was not the 5 star treatment we received when compared to the MSC Seaside.

My only complaint was with our butler, he was nonexistent and did not provide service as I have become accustomed to. Waiters, bar staff, etc, were exceptional.

Cabin / Stateroom

MSC Yacht Club 16019. The shower head did not attach securely to the mounting bracket, which forced you to either take baths or use the wand to shower. Hot water fluctuated from Luke warm to scolding hot. The room was small, balcony was small.

Ship tip

If you're thinking of going Yacht Club on the Divina; think twice. It isn't anywhere near the experience we had on the MSC Seaside.

I was on the Divina for 19 days last month and loved it. I am booked for two more sailings next year. I was not in Yacht Club, so maybe that is why it was better than your experience.
