Review summary

The Cruise Line Customer Service Staff need to take a cruise with other cruise lines to be able to compare and assess their failures and areas for improvement. I can not honestly recommend this cruise line to any one until they prove improvements on the cited challenges

For the size of the ship they need more staff for services at bars and external activities. room steward was excellent and maintain the room clean and serviced at all times

Still need to improve service staff and bar stock and supplies, need to improve processing of transactions with wifi service. The system was down and most of the transaction needed to be process manually. Understaff crew to attend a large group of passangers

Disembarkation

The cruise staff does not have control over the process. This allows a great conglomeration of persosn and promote incidents amonng passengers. No security staff available to control the disembarkation in the gatenring rooms.
