Review summary

Great itinerary. MSC works hard to get it right. Great crew... Very rude passengers from all over the world. Just smile when someone says good morning! Americans were a minority for sure...

Nice mix of music types. Theater shows energetic but a bit reoetitive

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Friendly and worked real hard to make things right. Top notch

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Hand sanitizers empty too often. Otherwise ship was immaculate

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Plenty of room and storage. Bathrooms... Adequate. Room steward Erik was great

Ship tip

Debarkation was the absolute worst I've ever seen. Don't they do this at the end of every cruise? Talk to Disney

Ports of call

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Stay on the ship. I've been to Jamaica 3 times... It never gets any better

Cartagena, Colombia

Love the history and the old world look and feel. Busy city but relatively clean for a big city

Colon, Panama

4 out of 5
Did the canal excursion... Great experience but long long day

Puerto Limon, Costa Rica

4 out of 5
Interesting... Not great but good experience. Did the sloth excursion... Ok you can't hold them and no "babies"... Not sure why God created this creature but fun experience

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

5 out of 5
Lots to do right in the port. Food... Drinks...entertainment. Relaxing at your pace.

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Weather wasn't good but absolutely great stop. MSC really poured a lot of $$$ into a pile of sand in the Bahamas.

Disembarkation

Absolute worst and I've cruised MSC 4 times in the past 13 months and over 20 cruises with several lines. 3 hours late getting off... Pushing and shoving mob scene... No one from MSC to explain or help. Many missed their flights. Even express departure was a mess. They poured hundreds into small holding lounge that held 100. People pushing... Shoving... Swearing... Fighting... I felt threatened for my family. MSC has some explaining to do... They lost me! I've never seen anything like it
