Tried MSC because we got a good deal. Customer service is lacking might be understaffed. Pretty ship that boast great ports. Very surprised that on this cruise the Europeans and not the Americans were the rude ones. :D

The food options were very limited. The buffet although extremely large had the same boring food for each meal.

Fitness center was adequate the pools were too packed. You had your typical dance classes and pool games that are fun to watch.

The stage shows we saw were pretty good, there were two excellent musicians/singer and several below average ones.

Room steward was excellent and a few other wait staff and one bartender. The rest we severely lacking. it wasn't until the last few days of the cruise where staff would routinely greet you.

Don't expect fast service especially at the pool bars.
Favorite island of this cruise and will definitely be back for a longer visit. The two countries one bike tour is excellent, but be prepared to work. :)
