We were delighted with our first MSC Cruise. I would happily cruise with them again.

Seeing Cuba was wonderful. The ship was ok, nothing special. The captain was wonderful. Very personable!

Ship is very well-run, very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good and the stage shows are outstanding. The ship is heavily Latin-influenced, though, in its music and deck entertainment. I don't blame them, as probably 80% of the passengers are this, and they are just playing to the majority; if you enjoy this music, etc; then you are fine. If you are from the US, just be aware that you are very much in the minority here. Treat this cruise like a visit to a foreign country and you will be fine! By that I mean that the ports ARE all foreign countries, of course, but when you get back on board, it is usually like you are "Back in the States". Here, that is not the case. Bon Voyage!

I have been in a total of 10 cruises before going on the MSC Armonia. I have been on Norweigan ships, Carnival ships and Royal Carribean ships, I never thought MSC would be this horrible. The only thing holding this cruise up is the crew and the itinerary. We went to Montego Bay, Jamaica; Grand Cayman; Cozumel, Mexico and Havana, Cuba. Other than that, it is my opinion that this ship needs to retire....There is nothing to do on the ship other than the shows. The crew for the kids were amazing, so amazing they were very good considering they had very little tools to work with the kids, 20 stars for the kids crew. I could not take a shower without water falling all over my floor. Everything I needed to wash my feet I needed to open the shower curtain and turn off the water so that I can bend over and clean my feet. The bathroom since day 1 stunk so bad like pee and poop, I am sure that the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned in at least 6 months. It is digusting! Please please please, since the ship is already due for retirement, at least keep the rooms clean, I felt so disgusting showering and using that bathroom. My daughter almost threw up a few times. It was not only my cabin we had a big group and out of 5 cabins all were in the same exact terrible condition. YUCK!

The crew members,I believe you call animation team, were the best I have ever experienced.Although the cruise and ship was somewhat average,Except the Cuba part ,which was Great, I've never had as much fun as we did with the entertainment team .They were all great but for me Graham and his friend(forgot his name) were unforgettable. This was our 46th cruise and easily the most fun. Thanks

Cruising on the MSC Armonia was very comfortable and enjoyable.  Our balcony cabin,#9221, was very spacious and comfortable.  The service was very good.  As non Italian speaking cruisers we found the live entertainment shows and music a little challenging however still entertaining.  

The dining experience in the La Pergola was very good. 

The breakfast buffet on the pool deck was good but average as compared to other cruise lines. 

We had pre ordered a room service breakfast in our cabin and it was excellent. 

We also received a nice fruit bowl delivered to our cabin everyday.  A nice touch. 

The cruise ports were all all very good. However, at some ports the ship arrived in the early afternoon when most of the shops were closed. 

Overall we we had a very very nice time and would cruise with MSC in the future. 

This was by far the worst cruise we had ever experienced!!! Not only was the service very poor and unfriendly, the food was very bad and not to mention the people on the cruise had no manners and were very miserable people. The ports were also too short of times and they tried to make extra money out of you at most for shuttles. Unlike other ships you have to pay for room service breakfast. We got on the boat each day just before the 30min before take off and each time were told to be on earlier next time which we have never heard before. Overall, just an awful experience.

I've been on much better cruise lines. We had to pay for everything (even water) and the food was subpar. Marseille France and Olbia Sardinia were the worst ports. There was absolutely nothing to do their. Limited entertainment. Average age of guest was 70. Overall, we had to make our own fun (on and off the boat).

The ship was a bit outdated, good size, good amenities. The crew was friendly, except for the excursions crew who were unable to provide a rational explanation on why an excursion couldn't be cancelled

my 3 children and i enojoyed the trip very much. everything was perfect. the entertainment was amazing, the shows and food were beyong our expectations.

Comfortable, clean and fine entertainment.

The food was the same for breakfast and lunch every day. You can normally never find forks or knifes since they only put out limited supplies at a time. The dishes usually still had food on them and you had to look to find a clean one. It was difficult to find cups for coffee. The only juice they offered was orange juice and it becake more watererd down as the cruiuse continued. You had to pay for any beverage, even water with dinner. We purchased an extra water to take with us off the cruise and room service took it and we couldn't get the front desk to understand what we were talking about. The crew memebers spoke English, but if you had an issue, then they couldn't understand what you needed.

My family and myself had a great time. The entertainment was amazing they were absolutely hilarious. The breakfast was always warm which is not very common on cruises and was absolutely delicious, lunch and dinner we’re hit or miss but there is always the pizza which is absolutely delicious and they also burgers and hotdogs just in case you didn’t like what they were offering in the buffet. All staff we’re awesome. They were always polite and helpful.

Very good cruise enjoyed most things but shows could of been better. Would do again really good time had by all we met. Lovely staff good entertainment staff.

I really enjoyed it! Can't wait for the next cruise, I definitely overpacked, learned what I needed and what to leave home!

The passengers we met were very nice and most agreed the ship was not great, lots of issues. the staff was good but need more training especially with food service. the Captain humiliated me in front of my family when all I asked was if he was the captain, shook his hand and then said oh we need to talk. Joking mind you well he told me that was not how I talk to the captain. Rude, not the least friendly sorry if I didn’t know Ship protocol while talking to the Captain, that is another reason we will never go on this ship even if it was FREE. The deals are good for MSC but our favor cruise line is Princess.

Thanks for the experience but wont be back . My husband and I were hungry this whole cruise. Then when we tried the food it made us sick !
