Review summary
Nice itinerary, but horrible food. This ship is due for a redo in April and they are letting everything go downhill. Dining room steward, Justin, was EXCELLENT, but food was never served hot, and tasted really bad. Justin’s assistant needed more people skills and training. Breakfast in the dinning room was a joke — allow an extra 45 min if you eat there. Waitstaff isn’t working for tips there,so they serve plates at your table at different times. Poorly organized. The buffet was no better. Sub par food and very poorly organized. Sanitation stations worked about half the time (bring your own hand sanitizers!). Shows were great, and dancers were AMAZING. But chairs in the theater were often broken. All windows, especially cabin windows, needed serious cleaning. Ocean Cay was a SUPER EXPERIENCE, except for the food court which had thousands of flies around the food. We rented a cabana which was well worth the $$. Missed Jamaica due to wind, but that gave us some extra time at the pool which was nice. Almost missed Costa Maya due to wind had it not been for our wonderful Captain who was able to maneuver our ship dockside. State rooms were kind of small, but clean and neat. Elevators were fast and efficient.Embarkation
