The boat was amazing but our biggest complaint was the crew. No one seemed happy to be there and it was a hassle for them if you asked for anything. It really did take away from the experience. I've cruised with other cruise lines and this by far was the worst in regards to crew/customer interaction. Food was decent but the best in the dining room. It wasn't until the very last night that we had an amazing experience with our server.

Food and Dining

The food was so so drinks were great but the crew drove down this rating. The crew on this ship are not very friendly at all.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
We got in the jacuzzi which was merely a warm bath. Jacuzzis are suppose to be hot. Fitness center was nice. Didn't feel like there were many activities that catered to the 25-35 age range.
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Dj in the night club was amazing. Performers through the ship were far and few in between.
Service and Staff

Everyone on this ship was grumpy. Definitely took away from our vacation. Everything was a hassle for them. Not very accommodating. Bartenders were rude. We chose not to ask much of our steward to simply steer away from the negativity.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship was beautiful and clean. No complaints whatsoever.
Cabin / Stateroom

Smaller than other ships I've been on with other cruise lines. But comfortable and clean.
Ship tip
All the money Royal is making they need to provide their crew with a customer satisfaction classes.
This private island was really nice. I see a lot of growth coming. The Waterpark was fun and we really enjoyed the beach and snorkeling. One big negative is the fact that you've already paid for the cruise but yet you have to pay additional to get into the Waterpark and participate in any activities on the island. It being royals private island we felt these activities should have been included
