i need a refund..we did not get the shuttle back to the airport..the driver asked for the paper work..we couldnt get back on the ship to retrive it..had to pay $199 FOR A TAXI

the shuttle would not take us back to ft lauderdale airport..we didnt get the paper work on the ship . we had to take a taxi to the sirport that cost me $100..i would like a refund on this..please contact me at lachene1@msn.com

You should have used Uber it is only $38 from the pier to Fort Lauderdale airport.

Lachene1 - RCI won't see anything you post on this fan site so make sure you contact them. Are you talking about a bus transfer? I remember on my part cruises that a RCI agent was stationed at the pick up area to answer questions and help. Your bus driver should have sent you to that agent to get things worked out.
