Review summary

The ship was beautiful and the staff (for the most part) were all friendly and very helpful! I was very disappointed in the fact that when the entertainment would end for the night (in the early hours of the morning), there was absolutely NO FOOD AVAILABLE! Not even room service... Consideration should be given to have some station (even if a small desk) open with some type of snacks for after hour dance parties - we couldn't find water, chips, sandwiches or anything! Also, the scratch off tickets had to be redeemed THE NIGHT BEFORE the last day of cruise! If I had won more than $5 that I just decided to tip to my room steward, I would have been LIVID - why would you not have at least the cashier open during departures?

Nat in the dining room on 3rd Level was very hospitable and kind, even with the special requests...very patient and made great recommendations and even when not liked, he didn't take it personally but appreciated us trying his suggestions!

The entertainment was great! I would only give a suggestion to the Latin DJ to really take notice that when a full dance floor starts dwindling like after the Quest Games, it's time to change the music. The crowds really responded to certain music and filled the dance floor, but it seemed like he was turning it into a Latin or Salsa club and the floor would almost empty out and he didn't respond to it. The parties up on the 14th floor were OUTSTANDING!!! Music variety was exceptionally good and the floor was pretty much always full...

Announce and remind everyone while sailing over to the island about the end times of the food lines...many people missed the opportunity to eat thinking food would be available until the end

It felt so rushed! I have been on cruises where you had longer...time to have breakfast and wait in your room for the scheduled time to leave instead of anywhere in the lobby a seat could be found.

i thought cafe promenade was open 24hrs and so was the pizza place as well.
