Had a nice cruise but some changes need attention on the ship We enjoy cruising with Carnival?😁👍

The people were the best. So kind and thoughtful. It made my SO’s first ever cruise special and wonderful.

Cruise was ok but probably will do royal Caribbean from now on

Cruises have changed dramatically over the years with much less emphasis placed on food and dining......there was a wide selection of food but not all accessible unless you choose open dining times

I had been looking forward to this cruise for several years. But after the cruise was over, I can say, I was extremely disappointed. The food was horrible, no choices. No tasthe dining staff was fantastic. The room store was very poor they ripped you off. Everywhere they can they share huge choices for internet with no options for more than 1 day? They charge for every item on the room service menu. This is the first time I've ever experienced that I'm in a cruise and I am taking many. I'm different cruise lines. It seems like they go out of their way to rip you up. To that cruise on this s***

i took a 10 year break from carnival after 20 years. They had cut too many corners. This was their last change to impress me back with a newer larger ship. Unfortunately the list of issues exceeded the pros by about 10 fold. I make the best of any vacation or situation, but i wont be back on carnival.

Nice newer ship with all the restaurants carnival has to offer. Liked them all

overall, the cruise was great and very minimal criticism. this was my first carnival cruise in over 20 years, and I was a little apprehensive since carnival has a reputation of being the "Walmart of cruise lines". however, because this cruise/ship is more expensive than most, a lot of the riff raff was not there and I was overall pleasantly surprised.

Great vacation, will do this again and absolutely loved this ship

Overall I really enjoyed this ship. This was my second cruise on the Mardi Gras and won't be the last. lol Always entertaining, good food & drinks, excellent staff & service, and the ship is beautiful.

We really enjoyed our Cruise.. If I could give any feed back I would say it would be nice if they did 80's night on a different night than a formal night. We felt like we had to pick and choose.

Could have better food, and better customer service. Ana the room stewards was perfect Doug williams was super funny!

The layout of the ship is great. The ship was full. The only time it felt crowded was if there was an activity or large event on the lido or center stage.

Wonderful cruise. Ship is huge and so much to do. Experience as much as you can.

The overall review of the cruise is it was amazing and I will be cruising with Carnival again!!

Food options were poor, and cooked poorly. Shows were by guests, so little money spent to entertain. We have sailed with carnival three times and got no rewards as this was poorly done

All in all it was a great experience. The food was better than expected even though it was not always great. I felt the bars needed more staff as they got backed up a ton. The coffee shop was always a crazy line but when we found the bar on the 8th floor with the Espresso machine the last couple of days were much better. Security did what they could but the teens destroyed equipment in the arcade and it made that experience tough for younger kids. In addition security did not do a good job of policing the Basketball courts. I understand that teenagers will cuss but it was so graphic and inappropriate that most kids would not go in there because it was so aggressive in there. I feel security should not allow kids to yell out racial slurs and extreme language when there are a ton of little kids around. My kids learned way to many new words and racial slurs.

We would not sail the Mardi Gras again. Would really reconsider the drink package. Getting on and off was fast and easy. Have had much better experiences on other cruise lines.

I think Carnival was only concerned with capacity when purchasing this ship , and felt that if there was a fire , or any other emergency onboard it would ensue major chaos due to the poorly designed layout! I felt uneasy due to the layout!

overall we had a wonderful vacation aboard this ship. My expectations were low having done 1 Carnival cruise previously that was not a good experience. That being said this cruise exceeded my expectations and I would consider this ship again in the future
