We were very disappointed in the Main dinning room the service & waiters were very Unsociable as if they didn’t have much experience about their duties. Not only that we were totally blown away at how they had changed the design of the main dinning room not nearly as eligant & grand as the Glory or the Dream Ships they need to improve on that!! Looks more like a cafeteria instead of a grand ship.We had previously signed up for set time in the main dinning room & & after the first few nights of dinning there we quickly changed our Set Dinning to Anytime dinning & tried a few different dinning areas & finaly found the Cucina Del Catitano. The staff & waiters in their were totally on top of what was needed for a wonderful dining experience. Especially Jay and the maître d’ Top Notch!!!

Pools & Hottubs were nice they need to get Hand rails on all of their Hot Tubs Hard to get in & out especially the ones out back of the Lido Deck

The Stage theater in midship was more entertaining than the Main theater to much Magic show need more Broadway shows on Mardi Gras like more of your other ships

Like I mentioned before Main dinning room Flamingo was a total BUST!! But the Italian Restaurant was definitely a reprieve for making the dining experience a Good One especially waiter (Jay) Cabin Stewart Kadek was also Excellent met all of our needs during our stay Plus😁

While the ship was kept nice & clean we were somewhat Disappointed with the layout of the ship Compaired to the Glory & the Dream We will more than likely go back to the smaller ships because of the design of the Mardi Gras & elevators were way to small for passengers Almost as tho they tried to put to much into the ship & limited space for more grand areas. Ship was nice but not our Cup Of Tea. Not enough seating for Shows at Mid Ship more ppl liked those shows than what was going on in the Main Theater????

I’m giving this Island. 4 instead of 5 for one reason when you get off ship at 7:30 Very crew Shops are even open at that time so why waist out time getting off so early when they don’t bother to get their shops up & running until about 9 or 10 am? They need to start earlier we are only their for about 8 hrs so they should Be more aware of our time off the ship!!!!!!
