HOT FOOD & FRESH FOOD WAS NOT USUALLY AVAILABLE! THE SELECTIONS WERE SMALL COMPARED TO PREVIOUS CRUISES ON THE SAME SHIP! I KEPT MISSING THE HOURS ON THE SERENTY BAR FOR ADULTS ONLY & ITS DELICOUS YOU MAKE OWFN SALAD AT POOL SIDE! IT IS A SECRET - NOT LISTED ANYWHERE ON SCHEDULE OR MAPS. I DO VERY MUCH LIKE THE IDEA OF EATING AT THE DIFFERENT EATERIES (FOR FREE) INCLUDED IN YOUR CRUISE AT LEAST ONCE. THE UPCHARGE PRICE TO EAT AT THEM AT OTHER OCCASSIONS WAS NOT MUCH EITHER! I WILL RETURN OVER & OVER TO THE PIG & ANCHOR FOR (FREE) BREAKFAST BUFFETT, (FREE) LUNCH & LIMITED DINNER ITEMS! GREAT IDEA WHOMEVER DESIGNED IT!! THE COMBINATION - MEXICAN & CHINESE AT THE ???(FORGOT NAME) IS GREAT IDEA, SO OTHERS WAS ONE OR THE OTHER YOU CAN DINE AT SAME TIME AND HAVE DIFFERENT MEALS. THIS TIME MY FAVORITES WERE NOT UP TO PAR - I HOPE IT DOES NOT REPEAT WHEN I GO AGAIN IN OCT 2024? I AM BRINGING GUEST WHO HAS NOT BEEN ON THE MARDI GRAS. I LOVE HARVEY WALLBANGERS WHICH REQUIRES GALLEINO - BARS DON'T CARRY IT - AND YOU CAN'T BRING ON SHIP. I GOT HOOKED ON HARVEY WALLBANGERS & YELLOW BIRDS FROM MY VERY FIRST TIME SAILING ON CARNIVAL AND ORDERED THEM FOREVER ON! SO, NOW I SWITCHED TO JOHNNY WALKER RED- AND SHIP ONLY CARRY THE BLACK - DIDN'T TASTE ALL TOGETHER. I WISH THE SHIP CARRIED COKE & PEPSI & AT LEAST CHERRY OF BOTH AT SOME OF THE BARS!

SOME OF MY FAMILY DID THE POOLS, ROCK-CLIMBING, TRIVIA - WERE TOO CROWED, BINGO WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND AND JOIN IN TIME. HIDE & PURSUIT GAMES WERE VERY GOOD. I MOSTLY ENJOYED THE SERENITY DECK FOR LOUNGING, READING AND WATCHING OCEAN - DAY & NIGHT AND LEAVING & GOING FROM PORTS. THE CONTESTS APPEARED TO BE GOOD BUT AGAIN VERY CROWDED - HARD TO SEE OR GET A SEAT! THE MOVIE NIGHTS WERE ALWAYS RELAXING TO ME - EVEN WHEN IT WAS COLD OR RAINING. BUT THE POPCORN OR BLANKETS WERE NOT AVAILABLE LIKE PREVIOUS CRUISES. DRINKS FOR MOVIES WERE FAR AWAY AND HAD TO DO STAIRS! THE BOBSLED RIDE WAS SCARY BUT FUN. VERY SHORT FOR THE MONEY!

IT IS KINDA HARD TO FIND THE RIGHT ENTERTAINMENT BECAUSE OF SO MANY LOCATIONS BUT I LOVE THE IDEA OF THE MAIN ENTERTAINMENT IS IN A OPEN ARE ALLOWING DISTANCE BETWEEN US AND ALLOWING YOU TO COME & GO AS YOU PLEASE!! NEVER SAW THAT ON A SHIP BEFORE- PREFECT IDEA!

ALL WERE EXCELLENT - EXCEPT MY BRAND NEW LUGGAGE WAS DELIVERED TO MY ROOM FROM THE PORT TO SHIP BROKEN & DAMAGED! NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT IT! I FOUND OUT AFTER WE RETURNED TO OUR CABIN LATER THAT EVENING. I CANNOT USE IT ANYMORE! THIS LINE WAS DISCONTINUED!! I ALWAYS TIP - VERY GOOD TO THE BAGGAGE STAFF & PORT HANDLERS - I WON'T ANYMORE - I SHOULD HAVE SAVED THE MONEY TO HAVE TO BUY NEW ONES AGAIN IF NEEDED. THEY ONLY HAD MY LUGGAGE FOR A FEW HOURS AND COMPLETELY DESTROYED THEM. NOBODLY WILLING TO ACCEPT THE BLAME,E ITHER!

I AGREE WITH THE OTHERS - ALL CABINS CAN USE A EXTRA CHAIR ESPECIALLY WHEN MORE THAN ONE PERSON IN ROOM AND IF YOU HAVE COMPANY. MY STEWARD BROUGHT ONE IMMEDIATELY. ALL GOOD! ROOM REMAINED CLEAN AND WHEN I REQUESTED LINEN CHANGE - PROFF - IT WAS DONE! I DON'T KNOW WHY THAT DON'T HAVE A MICROWAVE FOR LATE NIGHT OR EARLY MORNING SNACKS IN THE ROOM OR AT LEAST ON EACH DECK FOR GUEST TO USE! SOMETIMES I JUST WANT A CUP OF TEA DURING THE NIGHT OR EARLY AM WITHOUT GETTING DRESS OR REHEAT A SNACK I PICKED UP. THE RESTROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN ALL THRU THE SHIP- I DON'T KNOW HOW WITH THE CONSTANT USAGE OF 5K GUEST?ICE BUCKETS SHOULD BE IN THE ROOM ALL THE TIME WITH ACCESS TO A MACHINE WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT FOR HOUSEKEEPING TO BRING IT TO YOU. I LOVE ICE WITH MY DRINKS!

We have had our luggage damaged on two cruises. If you go to guest services they will replace your luggage if it is not usable. It may not be what you would pick in the store but it’s better than trying to drag off broken luggage. Another option is You can file a claim with travelers insurance if you have your receipt for purchase.
