For a new ship, new crew and 15 months off I have no complaints and can't wait to do it again once the crew is up to full speed.

Beautiful new ship! The staff are so grateful to be back to work. Right now they are not allowed off the ship, consider nice toiletries or candies along with monetary gifts!

Great cruise over all. The lido deck floors is in need of serious repairs hence why it may be going to dry docks soon. Would definitely go back on the Mardi Gras!

Excellent value. Mardi Gras is a very nice modern vessel that feels comfortable. Plenty of open areas and lots of bars. It'd be nice if cruise ship bars had a walk-up area to order at instead of having to cram between sitting patrons while hoping to be seen by a server. Wait times were a bit long for drinks during all but off hours.

Have patience and take time to try things on your own. Form your own opinions! Overall wonderful time and will definitely sail again

It was a relaxing vacation. Beautiful ship but magic is still our favorite.

Mardi Gras ship was wonderful! Very polite and attentive staff. Ship is always clean. Although they try to keep the main pool area dry it is very difficult since people are in and out of the pool so it is always wet and slippery. My husband and I felt on but luckily we weren't hurt badly. My toe was swollen and black and blue for a few days. I hope they can figure out how to prevent it from being slippery. We saw several people who fell.

Overall the Mardi Gras was a great ship .. There were no long lines and elevators we used in the Aft of the Ship were never busy .. We utilized all the different pool areas except for lido.and enjoyed all of them . Tried 10 times to change the title of this review. But for some reason it just won't change sorry

Overall we had an excellent first cruise. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and attentive, and there was plenty to do. The ports were exciting just to walk around. This cruise made me want to immediately book another!

This was the best vacation I have ever had. We loved everything about it and thank you for making it so easy and fun.

Wasn’t happy about this cruise. Will not be cruising Mardi Gra ever again. I love carnival therefore will just use other ships.

We had a great cruise- start to finish. Never felt super crowded except at the set sail party or 80s party. Elevators were pretty efficient except during peak times like after a show. Food was only average and nothing too great with the buffet and main dining room. Sad to say- but Shaqs chicken and Guys burgers were probably the best food on the ship. We are not picky eaters and tried everything. Just wasn't a "wow" experience with the food. Bolt and ropes course were great! We had a beautiful trip and a great time

Had a good time.expected it to be better.more shows instead of the same. Comedy club had too many obstructions which made it hard to see.

Lots of fun but the wait staff was very slow. Variety of restaurants.

I would chose the Mardi Gras’ Havana Experience for an adult’s only escape but also recommend the ship for great family fun and activities as well! The ship is an excellent choice for your next cruise! I’m hopping its itinerary will include Carnival’s new private island, Celebration Key, starting in 2025. Carnival has a way of making cruisers feel appreciated and therefore they are well taken care of. I read a review after our recent cruise which sums it up… “What it all adds up to is a Carnival cruise experience that delivers the affordable Fun Ship experience that people love, with a dash of sophistication that never crosses the line into snooty.”

We had not sailed on Carnival in over 9 years. It will be another 9 years before we sail with them again. Just not our vibe. Loud drunken rude passengers.
