Overpriced, tiny cabin that was not worth the premium prices.

Our first cruise since the pause was wonderful. Our room stuart Yuri was amazing and the food was like it always is with Princess five stars 🌟

Awesome Cruise, I give it a 10 as this was our first startup after Covid hit. Ship, crew, food were great. We had issues with the Medallion App, but got by. After we got home the app worked flawlessly. The Medallion itself is great and worked good on board the ship. This saved lots of time getting on and off the ship, and on board. Our Princess Cruise Planner Mike McKee is an asset to Princess and save us a lot of trouble.

This was my 10th cruise with Princess. Never a bad experience. Will continue to sail with and recommend Princess to others.

I took this trip just to see what cruising is like in the new COVID world. I was more than pleased. Will definitely cruise again.

I was so happy to be able to cruise again. This was a new ship for me, and I loved it!

Wonderful quick getaway! Used this cruise to see how testing, masking & cruising was different in 2021. Despite having to do all of that, it was a very empty ship (40%) capacity, masks were worn unless eating, drinking or outside on deck. It was a fantastic cruise to get our 'feet wet again'. I would do it again!

In the beginning, the phone app that customers are forced to use is absolutely horrible. Who ever designed it and those who ok'd it to be used with the ships customers should be ashamed. I would seriously think twice about cruising with Princess again solely based on the app. I was frustrated before I ever got on the ship. It is slow, clunky, not intuitive an only works part of the time, I could spend all day talking about how inadequate it is. I work in the information technology field and I was really struggling with it. I can't imagine how the older clientele feel about it. It wasted A LOT of my time. The medallion concept and functionality was fantastic and we really love how that worked throughout the ship. The weather was horrible to Alaska, not LA, San Diego or Ensenada like is listed in this review form. Princess's IT group really needs to get it together. We were delayed getting out of Seattle and missed two of our three ports of call. This is not what we expected but we understood that the captain was trying to keep us safe and more comfortable. We don't blame him or the cruise line for that, can't control the weather. We received 35% off another princess cruise but honestly I'm not sure that is worth it if all of ships have the same food and crumby service. I will still have to fork out a considerable sum to be forced to use the app and be disappointed with the food and waiter service. Being first time cruisers we had no idea there was such a thing as formal night. And this ship has two! We were told we couldn't go to the main dining room if I didn't have a tie on. I didn't bring formal wear at all. Ended up in the buffet most of the trip. Why two nights? I can see why its done but that's a lot and why were we not informed!? The lack of communication (about many many things) and what to expect is a bit dis-heartening.

Great time and super to start cruising again. Staff/crew were the best ever. Princess is our favorite cruise line. We have two more coming up next year and can’t wait.

not as impressed with Princess as I thought I would be

We really enjoy the cruise to Alaska and were looking forward to the getaway. Unfortunately, due to 2 storms, our ship was delayed in leaving Seattle and had to skip two ports. Our only stop was Juneau. It was rainy and foggy most of the time. The day we were in Glacier Bay the clouds rose and the sun broke through for all to enjoy the beauty. It was a rough ride for a couple of days, but we didn’t let it spoil our cruise. Most people were understanding that safety was the priority and had a good time despite the disappointment.

Other than the really bad weather this cruise was everything we had hoped it would be. Princess again, doesn't fail in giving its customers a memorable cruising experience. The bad weather was a disappointment as we missed 2 ports, but you can't fight Mother Nature. She has total control over everything when it comes to cruising. We waited a long time to finally go on our Alaska cruise and can't wait to go on another one...Won't go in September though...Don't wait...book a cruise now, you won't regret it..

Wonderful cruise, the only complaint is the smoke in the casino.

We give the cruise about 6 1/2 . 0-10 10 being the best. it was boring at times, the excursions weren't very good, didn't feel like it was a very good value for the money. Alaska was kinda disappointing too. Weather was crappy the whole trip, rainy, windy and 44 degrees. no snow around in the mountains either just bare. kinda disappointing trip

Beautiful experience even with the COVID restrictions

Overall great cruise. Didn't get to see that many whales or eagles because it was late in the season. The food was average and mostly served cold in the Marketplace. Not much variety. The tours and transfers were great, also the pre cruise hotel with Princess.

All in all, great cruise. We had a super time. Yes, we had to wear masks, but it wasn't as bad as I thought (although I can't wait 'til we don't have to do this!). Everyone was super nice, helpful. Glad to be back!

Loved it but missed the toothpicks and napkins don't like putting my fingers in my cocktail.
