Upgraded from Princess Plus to Premier in June, the photo shop and fitness shop couldn't recognize my upgrade. I had to stop by the departments to reverse the charged fees.

I purchased the plus package then I upgraded to premium, but Princess had issue while I was onboard, the spa ,fitness and photo departments could recognize my package as premium, I had to go to the service desk to ask for refund for the classes we took.

Ship tip

No need to purchase the premium or plus packages if you don't drink. There are only limited casual dinning options, on the 2 sea days, Rudi offers sushi plate that comes w. edamame, Japanese pickles, seaweed salad w. mixed green, 4 pcs sushi and spicy tuna roll (same menu for both days), Alfredo pizza offers casual dinning if you like pizzas and that was it. The itinerary makes difficult to enjoy the casual dining while ship is on port days, we had premium package but only had 3 casual lunch dining. The premium dessert is big potion that is impossible to have it everyday unless you don't eat anything else but the ice cream.

Yes. We booked a shore excursion after disembarkation through Princess, we visited the Space Needle and the Pike place market, our tour guide only talked on the bus, we were on our own when the driver dropped us at the sites. The excursion was okay but time for both places could be a bit longer.

We had 2 shore excursions, the walking tour was not good unless you likes history very much, the tour ended at a site that was far away from the port, we had to rush back to the port for our 2nd shore excursion. The 2nd shore excursion, we went to totem state park for the first stop then we saw the lumberjack show, the show was good but the totem state park.
