Ports were great. Entertainment was fantastic. Food was horrible for me. Probably won't book with RCI again because of the food situation. Not hard for them to have a dedicated fryer for GF and definitely not hard for them to have more menu options for people with a gluten allergy. Plenty of vegan options but nothing GF. Someone at RCI should really sit down and consider a few things regarding menu selection.

Very nice vacation, loved the ship and crew but the ports were altogether a little bit disappointing but not enough to not do them again or recommend to others. With regards to the ports, we learned a little about each of them and think we'll enjoy them the next go round.

Lots of fun had a good time shows were good food was good everyone including staff were all very friendly

Rcl liberty was a fun ship. Met many friendly people and thoroughly enjoyed the cruise it was our anniversary and waiters celebrated it with dessert and song

Were charged extra $140 for internet, never got credit back after talking to general manager

OUR FIRST CRUISE AND OUR ANNIVERSARY, WE ASKED FOR A REFRIGERATOR AND A SHARPIE CONTAINER TO BE PUT INTO THE ROOM BEFORE THE CRUISE, BUT ONCE WE GOT INTO THE ROOM, WE HAD NO REFRIGERATOR, NOR A SHARPIE CONTAINER, ENDED UP GETTING BUCKETS OF ICE TO PUT MY HUSBAND INSULIN IN. THEN WE ENDED UP WITH BEDBUGS IN OUR ROOM AND MY WIFE WAS BITEN VERY BAD ON HER ARM, THEY WERE IN OUR BED.

Booked this cruise because it went to Labadee Hatti That was canceled Then Bermuda was also cancelled.. Not what we expected at all... Made the best of cruise.

we had a great time ,the ship was nice the wait staff were awesome and housekeeping guy was great, the people were nice and met a bunch of cruiser's.

We had a very nice time.Ship is older but in good condition. Plenty of quite areas and easy to get around. Only negative were casino way to tight could not get thru it and of course the smoke. Just relax and enjoy that your on vacation.

We had a great time taking our boys on their first cruise!! Can’t wait to do it again.

Relaxing which was great. Not as much entertainment as we first thought looking at schedule before leaving. Lots of kids running around unattended which was only really bad thing

It was a great Cruise. It convinced me that cruise would be a good vacation option in the future for the whole family.

This cruise was just what my husband and I needed. A relaxing time. Ship never felt crowded. Sorry Liberty is going to New York or we would book another cruise on her after the summer.

This was a great experience full of fun, relaxation, activities, good food, experienced and fun staff easily accessible to resolve issues, they are the best ever.

Ship is nice. The staff was nice. Our room steward was just ok. Food was terrible. I have seen a big drop in service and food since covid.

We sat on this cruise with a bunch of friends. It is my 56th Cruise, so I've been on very many cruises. that being said, service has gone way downhill. They now only make up your cabin once a day you pick either between 8 AM and 10 AM or 4 PM and 7 PM neither of which times work out very well I felt this was the biggest disappointment of the entire ship. Considering their Jordan yogurt activities of almost $40 a day. Our wait staff was fabulous. The food in the Windjammer has gone completely downhill. perfect day Coco Kay is completely packed. Don't waste your money on Hideaway Bay. It is more obnoxiously loud than any other area on the island. Overall, we had a good time, but mostly because we sailed with friends friends and the entertainment was very good.

We had a blast. The ship was excellent. The service was excellent. My only complaint was chops prices on every other cruise that I’ve been on they had a lobster night offered included in the price.
