Ports were great. Entertainment was fantastic. Food was horrible for me. Probably won't book with RCI again because of the food situation. Not hard for them to have a dedicated fryer for GF and definitely not hard for them to have more menu options for people with a gluten allergy. Plenty of vegan options but nothing GF. Someone at RCI should really sit down and consider a few things regarding menu selection.

Food and Dining

Sucked. I have a gluten allergy, I called RCI and told then 6 months ago. I also informed them as soon as I got on the ship. They had almost no food choices for me. I ate when we hit different ports. I did eat breakfast but Main Dining was terrible, ate there twice in 9 days. They had almost nothing to offer me except the thinnest, smallest NY Strip I've ever seen. The windjammer breakfast was good. They had eggs and bacon and even GF toast that I had to request when I wanted it. The chef gave me a tour and pointed out 5 things that I could eat at the Windjammer. Potatoes, Rice, Beef Goulash, Salad and Cold Cuts. I couldnt even have vegetables because the chef told.me that they boild them in the pasta water. Desserts?? Non existent. I was on Oasis 2 years ago and ate like a King! They had everything prepared for me every night. I did not go without. I spoke with the Liberty staff who told me that they would try and do better but to no avail. I paid money like everyone else, did what I was supposed to do preventively, months in advance and they still couldn't get it right. I'm very disappointed with their food service team. It will definitely affect me when booking another cruise with RCI.

Balcony was nice. Room attendant could've done a better job.
If you have food issues, which is a very small percentage of the population, then you need to understand that you will have limited options, cause they are not going to have that much extra food items that may spoil due to minimal needs. Sounds to me from your description of food options that there should be plenty to eat, but you still complained that they didn't go the extra 100 miles for you.
