Royal Caribbean is cheep, nickel and dime you to death, service is poor they are understafed

Probably our last cruise via Royal Carribean. NOTE: Not worth ordering online gifts, as they are not brought until the second day. The 800 number kept passing call to United Cruise/agent. Not worth the aggravation.

Our Servers in the main dining room, Lazly and Hayati were beyond excellent!! I cannot day enough about their service and attention to detail!! Gavin, our room steward was amazing! Our room was immaculate, always anticipated our needs , etc.

This is not my first time on Liberty of the Seas. I would definitely book the same cruise again. However, I feel the gratuity in the spa is getting outrageous and I will not book a treatment again because of it. Also, because I have been on this ship multiple times, I was disappointed to see the same shows AGAIN. A few changes would have been nice.

We enjoyed our trip with Royal Caribbean very much. Our cabin steward's name was Julian and he was fantastic and extremely personable! Took great care of us. The ship didn't have as many places to grab a sandwich or snack as other ships I have been on, but there was never a shortage of food!!

Staff and crew was outstanding. They kept everything very clean and tidy. Cabin 1804 is now a full suite but had to ask the suite concierge MJ about DVD's because there is no player in the cabin yet. He said i could rent pay per views and he would credit back, which he happily did. Except for the severe rattling and shaking due to rough seas the last night, was a great cabin and the vote was incredible. I'll get a balcony cabin next time, though.

So many fun activities on this ship for every age group. You'll never get board ever, even on sea days! My husband loved the complimentary lobster and I loved the cream brulee in the main restaurant! The buffet had a lot of variety and was pretty good also! Best cruise ship I have ever been on. It even beats Princess and Carnival cruise ships!

Very good food! Great service in dining room. Cabin Steward okay. Shows rented from very good to excellent. Terrible mold smell on deck 6 where we were staying.

As a previous cruiser on Carnival I had very high expectations for RC and was sorely disappointed. The food was just okay. Options for food very limited. One buffet with limited hours left you hungry from night til breakfast after late activities. You can only eat so much mediocre pizza. The Promenade Cafe was open but quite a distance and travel via multiple floors for a few little options was not enticing. Activities offered were great BUT the few hours of operation almost always conflicted with other options and meal time (specifically Ice Skating). The entertainment was FANTASTIC. Comedy shows and Headliner shows were phenomenal. The appearance of the ship was old. Some ares smelled a little foul. Not particularly dirty but obviously not clean either. And the biggest difference was expecting our towel animal nightly (huge bonus) however on RC we only got 3 on a 7 night cruise. Lastly after MULTIPLE attempts to let the staff know it was my daughter 18 birthday there was zero acknowledgement or gestures made from RC to make her trip/day extra special. In the other hand Carnival went above and beyond when we were on their ship for her 16bday 2years who My daughter and I both agree we will not be cruising on RC again. It cost significantly more than Carnival and was a huge disappointment.

Staff on board really tries to keep people happy. I saw some incidents where people takes advantage of the staff by abusing then either verbally or by asking them to do things out of the ordinary. Like at the casino bar a person kept asking for drinks from other bars and expected for the staff to go and get them fast, and if not he would get mad and started to tell them nasty things. I felt really bad for the bar staff.

Our cruise was amazing! Our Captains did an awesome job of diverting from Hurricane Michael, and we didn’t miss a port of call! The ship was spotless, staff very courteous and professional, food was amazing.... can’t say enough about how much fun we had on this cruise!!!

Royal Caribbean charges for everything, $7.95 for room service, $14.50/day gratuities (highest in the industry), drinks over $10 with 18% gratuity added, no freebies for frequent cruisers like many of the other lines, entertainment was mediocre except for the ice show. The menu is very limited and you order everything at once, even dessert, without even knowing if you will want dessert.

RC has made some changes that I wish they had not. This is my 5th RC cruise and not once have they placed baskets of bread on the table. Most of it went in the trash - ask us what type of bread we would like and place it on the B&B plate like before. Also, the two pools were disgusting by day 6. The water turned so cloudy I could not see anything from my knees down. NASTY!!! Liberty is also starting to look a little tired, and the internet is terribly slow on this ship - not near as fast as Allure and newer ships, but you still costs the same. Lunch in the Windjammer is the same every single day.

THIS WAS OUR FIRST CRUISE, 2 ADULTS, AND 2 CHILDREN.. 4 YR OLD DAUGHTER AND 18 MONTH OLD SON.... THE SHIP HAD SO MANY ACTIVITIES FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN THAT WE NEVER GOT BORED! THE SERVICE ONTHE SHIP WAS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING... EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND SO HELPFUL.... WE ENJOYED ALL 3 PORTS OF CALL..... GRAND CAYMAN WAS THE BEST! THE ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN WAS GREAT!!!! KEPT MY DAUGHTER ENTERTAINED THE ENTIRE TRIP..... WE WILL DEFINITELY CRUISE AGAIN! CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

It was an amazing cruise. Our wait staff could not have done more for us. We will be booking again and again...

You could be as busy or relaxed as you wanted. They did a super job trying to keep everything disinfected so no one got sick. Staff was very friendly and always helpful.
