Our Servers in the main dining room, Lazly and Hayati were beyond excellent!! I cannot day enough about their service and attention to detail!! Gavin, our room steward was amazing! Our room was immaculate, always anticipated our needs , etc.

It’s all hurry up and wait. Supposedly as a Platinum Club member there is a place that we can go to have breakfast and wait for departure, but no one knew what/where that was.
