Poor itinerary, poor service, poor entertainment (ice show being an exception) highest gratuities in the industry. Frequent cruiser (47) but never again on Royal Caribbean.

Royal Caribbean charges for everything, $7.95 for room service, $14.50/day gratuities (highest in the industry), drinks over $10 with 18% gratuity added, no freebies for frequent cruisers like many of the other lines, entertainment was mediocre except for the ice show. The menu is very limited and you order everything at once, even dessert, without even knowing if you will want dessert.Embarkation
