was decorated throughout the entire ship, very nice for Christmas. Also music selection was great. Ability to watch NFLfootball always a plus for me.

Overall thought the cruise was good. May not repeat without some improvements (especially transportation on excursions).

This was the 4th 2-week cruise on this ship. Obviously wound not repeat if we didn't care for the ship. At my age t was every thing I expected. very convenient for me to fly from El Paso, Tx to Houston.

This was our first cruise and was very informational, enjoyable and we are thinking about doing another cruise in the future maybe in the next couple of years so look for us again thank you and all your crew and Happy New Year!!! P.S. Update your Satellite service for better cell phone communication while on your Ship I felt like a caveman no communication with my family!!!

First Royal Caribbean Cruise + not the last! Awesome boat, great ports, get the drink pass, go to chops one night, do Dunn's Falls in Jamaica, do the tube slide, keep your bags for disembarkation so you can be first group off.

We had a great time on our cruise. I just wish that Royal Caribbean did not nickel-and-dime everything on the ship. Soda or water should be available at any time for the prices we pay for the cruise.

The ship was not clean..also i was surprise the grapes are not washed. ..my son glass had lipstick on it. I asked a staff to wipe some food off the seat in the cafe and he just flipped the cushions..ugh!

Staff is very friendly. Food is great! However, the room (interior) is a bit outdated.

The cruise was nice. The RC entertainment and overall activities have it's competitor beat but it seems like the excitement that carnival staff exceeds RC. The rooms are just ok. A little outdated for me but if you can find it for a good price...its worth it.

compared to another cruise line we ha e taken, food selection was average and drink packages for water and soda was not necessary. Disney is more inclusive a d better variety of foods.

Most everything was above and beyond expectation.

Not so hot and not for me. Did not like the ports of call and the onboard activities were a waste.

It was a very enjoyable week. Service was excellent, shows were good and many activities to choose from.

Another overall great Royal cruise. It is always nice to see some improvements implemented on each cruise. Had a bad experience on disembarkation that I addressed above. This is one spot that Royal could improve on. You don't want the last experience to be the one guests focus on as the memory of their vacation.

I would recommend this ship and this itinerary. we had a very relaxing and fun time!

the prices on board have gotten very high especially tips for drinks and gratuities

Someone literally left human excrement on the floor in the ice rink and I was the lucky one who stepped in it. I told the concierge and they acted like this wasn't an unusual occurrence...so weird and upsetting. Our dinner wait staff in the main dining room was unusually slow and inattentive, not what I've come to expect from Royal Caribbean. Our stateroom attendant was amazing though. Costa Maya is a terrible port and show be removed from the lineup. However, other than the poop mishap, we did have a good time with each other and will definitely sail on Royal Caribbean again.
