Onboard Activities

Ice Skating Reserving 15 minute prior needs work badly, because after standing in line for an half hour just to be told there was no more room on the Ice and turning the rest of us away telling us to come back at the next session. Why can't you reserve a spot and give a ticket of some sort to bring to one of the next Ice Session presenting it to the skate rep for entry. After we were turn away after standing in line for a half hour and turned away I decided to for get coming back to stand in line again and maybe not get in and turned away again! I may have participated in the table tennis match but it was too windy when I was practicing with my grand-son and if an announcement was made for the change on location of the competition for it ahead of time. When the young man was putting out more balls I ask him if the competition was going to relocated because it was very windy on the top deck to some where else on the ship? His reply was no so I decided not to enter the competition.

The top bunks causes a problem for lower level persons bumping our heads on the fold out top bunks. The intercom systems we had to open our cabins to hear the captain speaking. No electrical plugs by end and lamp table for plug in electrical devices.

The attendance Mr. Dexter Grant is to be commended for his customer service skills in various languages always cheerful and professional we were well please with him and our room service. The Shower is a little small.
Ship tip
Make sure your cell phones are equipped for service out to sea and international communications with the ships satilite service is old out dated and can handle limit service plans.
When we was organizated given numbers to depart from the ship we were given # 5 and when numbers 5, 6, & 7 was called to depart for our first Location Cozumel, Mexico we all three numbers were called and all three numbers were trying to leave the ship all at once. Why don't you call one number at a time to depart in sequence according the the numbers you are issuing out i think it will be more organized an in order to cut down on the cluster of people cutting in lines! for Disembarkation at Galvestion deporting went a lot smoothier and quicker I was very well pleased great job!
