It's very good considering they are feeding 4,000 people. What really makes it is the servers. The wine bar is definitely a hidden gem!

I would rate Jamie Lees in the Piano bar, the on board musicians and performers and the amazing guitarist 5 Star! the headliners that were brought on board were 4 star, but still entertaining.

Hang out in the wine bar and listen to the guitarist that is sitting in the promenade. check the times in your daily compass. At night, the Schooner bar has Jaime Lees playing the piano and singing, he is amazing!
we did the beach break, they pack you into a large van. The beach is beautiful and the snorkeling was very good, but there were tons of jelly fish. Very glad we had our skins. There were guards (we tipped ours, they are very helpful) to watch your stuff, plenty of wait staff for very reasonably priced drinks and a buffet lunch came with the price. The problem was that we were all told that starting at noon the bus would go back every 30 minutes, in reality, they wait until they have enough people for it to be full. You may wait an hour or more.
WE took a wonderful tour to the dzibanche ruins that we booked with Native Choice tours. it was just the two of us and our wonderful guide David. A truly amazing day.
we did carry off luggage, it's more confusing than it should be. we had also carried on our luggage, so we didn't have that much- there were a ton of people carrying off large suitcases. Made the lines very long.
