A very relaxing week. I think there are plenty of things to keep the kids busy as well. We are going again next year.

Nice ship. Service and staff were amazing. Food was just okay on the buffet. Served the same things every day. Only one ice cream machine on the whole ship. What is that?? Need more headliner shows and activities for adults. Musicians were awesome. Would recommend but I think we like carnival better. Both are great ships and we had an amazing time.

This was our honeymoon cruise we were blown away we were spoiled to the all the food and entertainment with excellent service!!!

Overall the ship was an upgrade in class from Carnival but the food, staff and entertainment was a down grade. You need to pay attention to the schedule on the app because there are no announcements or hype before shows. We found 1 waiter the entire cruise that was happy and smiling and wanting us to have a good time. There was one lady in the buffet entrance that dances with hand sanitizer encouraging cleanly habits but everyone else seems stoic and miserable.

We had an awesome experience. There were so many activities on the ship. Trivia sessions in the Schooner Bar was a highlight for us.

This was our second time in two years on Liberty of the Seas. It was a wonderful experience.

Awesome getaway for couples. The iteniraries were amazing (Cozumel-Grand Cayman-Jamaica). Lots of fun on On- board entertainment.

Very impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly staff. Took a tour of the ship and totally enjoyed that.

We greatly enjoyed our time on Liberty of the Seas. We flew a long way for the cruise but it was certainly worth the trip. The ship was SUPER clean and didn't seem at all large. We'd previously cruised on ships that held around 2,500 passengers and were worried that this would seem too large, but it didn't at all. The layout was incredibly convenient. Our cabin was on the second floor towards the rear and it was never a problem to get anywhere (though you do often have to wait for the elevators) we mainly used the rear elevators and stairs. The kids LOVED Splashaway Bay. We all loved the mini golf too, but it was so incredibly hot up there in the front of the ship that we didn't linger. Don't miss giving the Flowrider a try! The boogie boarding is fun for all ages, no special skill required. :) Also, don't miss the Tidal Wave slide; it's a fantastic thrill ride! However, there are very specific guidelines for the tandem inner-tube ride. You have to have two riders and they have to be over 52 inches, over a certain weight, and under a certain weight. Because of this, I couldn't ride it with anyone else in my party. Thankfully another mom was in the same situation and we rode together!

Overall a great cruise. The staff was great. Very service oriented and friendly. The whole cruise is worth Roatan. The show were very entertaining and food rocked.

we had a great time we were celebrating my Birthday as well as out anniversary and it could not have been better, we actually booked another cruise for the eastern caribbean while we were on the ship for May next year

Awesome experiences to remember ,it was my first one and defently not the last one.the crew so professional nice people working always try to make you feel special,defently one of my best vacations

We had a nice cruise, we like the ship and the ports.

I attached the pictures of the bed and the topper we had in our room 1535 last week on liberty of the seas. As you can see the mattress is in horrible shape and already bulging to the side without anyone sleeping on it. When two people lay on it it gives out more and also having the metal frame underneath the mattress made it even worse because we were sleeping on a zigzag metal board. The topper as you can see in the pictures also paper thin and ripped so it didn’t do anything at all. Below also the letter we received on our door regarding this issues. I was honestly tired of keep taking to the service guest by day 3 because i already did so for the first two days. We barely had any sleep and woke up everyday in pain and with Angel Hawkin medical conditions she had to take pain medicine to be able to get out of bed or even function. We both were looking forward for that cruise especially with Royal Caribbean but i was shocked and disappointed with what happened. With that it was very hard to do anything or enjoy any activities with no sleep and stiff back.

Amazing vacation can't wait for June 2020!! We booked again on Liberty of the Seas

Being Disney Cruisers we wanted to try other cruiseines to compare. This beat our expectations for service and value. Would definitely do again!

Everything was excellent. Me and my wife enjoyed the food and the staff attention of the Italian restaurant Giovanni's. The next time that we cruise I will buy at least four nights at Giovanni's. A word of advice about excursions that involve driving an off-road vehicle: you may be asked to share the vehicle with other passengers and they may drive it as well. If you do not feel safe riding off-road with drivers of unknown experience and common sense, do not purchase those excursions; you will not get a refund if you cancel at the last minute.

Excellent vacation and booked another cruise already!

Overall I was happy with the cruise despite many of the ship's shortcomings. It was a welcome break from the daily grind. I feel as though the itinerary really saved this cruise for me as all of the destinations were really great. If you have never cruised with a competing cruise line before and do not bring with you any preconceptions the Freedom of the Seas will blow your mind. It's a great ship with a great crew and some really great amenities. I mean how many ships have an ice skating rink?
