I attached the pictures of the bed and the topper we had in our room 1535 last week on liberty of the seas. As you can see the mattress is in horrible shape and already bulging to the side without anyone sleeping on it. When two people lay on it it gives out more and also having the metal frame underneath the mattress made it even worse because we were sleeping on a zigzag metal board. The topper as you can see in the pictures also paper thin and ripped so it didn’t do anything at all.
Below also the letter we received on our door regarding this issues. I was honestly tired of keep taking to the service guest by day 3 because i already did so for the first two days.
We barely had any sleep and woke up everyday in pain and with Angel Hawkin medical conditions she had to take pain medicine to be able to get out of bed or even function. We both were looking forward for that cruise especially with Royal Caribbean but i was shocked and disappointed with what happened. With that it was very hard to do anything or enjoy any activities with no sleep and stiff back.

Swimming, events playing every few hours, wave boarding and slides. Reason for a three is the events on the boat overlapped a lot so I missed a lot of events on the ship.

Staff was friendly. Plenty of back up waiters when our primary was busy. They were prompt and generous when we had any issues.

Ship was huge. Defiantly not a party boat. More of a mall on ship type boat. Always clean and loved the maps.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size was great. Layout was great. Bed was horrible. Had a handicap room and for three days I had to complain about our bed as it was bulging out and in horrible shape to where I was not able to sleep for three days causing severe back pain. I have a medical condition and I wasted pretty much three days till the issue was resolved by placing a new mattress in room. It was better than the last bed but still slightly uncomfortable causing me to miss out a lot and hard to do daily activities.
Ship tip
This is not a party boat. This is more for the elders that like to shop. Lots of stores to shop from. There little disorganized and be prepared as all I saw was a bunch of new staff people being trained on the boat not knowing what to do and they definitely cross train.
Late getting off the boat. Excursion “all included dolphin swim” was behind schedule. Felt very rushed through our excursion. Did not have time to tour the island either.
Was pretty upset as we wasted time on the boat waiting for groups to be called to get off the ship. Excursion to the “7mile beach tour” was behind schedule. Not enough time to tour the island. Did love the beach though. Clear water, white sand and plenty of places to sit and shaded.
Easy to get off ship and boarding ship. Did not like the excursion “Zipline and river tubing” they were way behind schedule. River tubing was not what expected but relaxing. Ziplining crew was slow and behind schedule as not enough staff. The Zipline was fun but very short for the long wait we had.
