Review summary

Will not take royal again. Spoke to staff on boat about issues. Was address with chicks or covered strawberries. Do not like covered strawberries. Did not like how my complaint was handled on the boat and my complaint on survey when got home was not addressed. Want a call to have this addressed 6822325895 and want money back due to way was treated.

Dining rm staff was great. Rm stewards great. All other staff horror. Right hand never knew what the left hand was doing. Never got the same answer from anyone.
