Review summary

Will not take royal again. Spoke to staff on boat about issues. Was address with chicks or covered strawberries. Do not like covered strawberries. Did not like how my complaint was handled on the boat and my complaint on survey when got home was not addressed. Want a call to have this addressed 6822325895 and want money back due to way was treated.

Issues addressed with “chicks”. Verify unusual way to address issues. Makes me wonder what the strawberries were covered with.

Sounds like you just don’t do cruising well! It isn’t like other inclusive vacations! Why should they serve Mexican food on the buffet when there is a restaurant and every post has better than they could serve!

Seems like cruising isn’t for you. I’m not sure what you expected, but there is only so much the ship or the Cruise Line can do. And putting your phone number on a public forum isn’t the brightest thing I’ve ever seen someone do. I’m sure you will get lots of calls now, but none from Royal Caribbean.
