Worst loyalty experience of any cruise ever been on including diamond concierge. Diamond+/375. Cruise otherwise was fun. No covid problems.

Our sailing was wonderful. The food and staff were superb! Even though we were sailing during the pandemic, we felt safer on the ship due to the protocols in place than we feel shopping at our local grocery store at home!!!

Was excellent % the service was above & beyond. We traveled with eight members of our family & had so much fun. Enjoyed all of the shows & food was fresh & excellent & all the service was Royalty to us. We were so pampered the entire cruise. Your employees are top notch! We enjoyed our cruise and felt safe. The ship was at about a fourth capacity but the staff and crew tried to make sure everyone had a great experience.

Limited passenger count and face mask requirements change cruising experience significantly but still an enjoyable reprieve. Not as much passenger interaction but no crowds for any activities Shows over 50% empty. After 10:00 pm ship was dead even in bars with entertainment

It was just an average cruise. There really wasn't anything to recommend to anyone.

We loved the COVID protocols. We felt super safe the entire trip.

Royal Caribbean is the best!!! We're planning our 2023 cruise with them!

This was my first time to cruise on Royal. I'm not too sure I would choose them again, unless I received it free.

Royal Caribbean has excellent food and entertainment. The excursions were all fantastic. The ship had great activities for those interested in sports. Lots of pools, hot tubs and water slides. The Royal Caribbean app is extremely helpful!

Overall a positive experience. Some people still choose to not wear masks when they are required and while crew 'reminds' them, there really isn't any enforcement. Good Covid protocols observed among crew and good guidelines for passengers, just not always followed by everyone.

Briefly....enjoyed every minute of it. Leave the world behind and be pampered and well taken of for a week. Can't ask for much more.

First and Last Cruise with Royal Caribbean. My advise to you, do not travel with unvaccinated kids!!!! Don't be fooled by the rating. I would've given a 0 if I could. 2.1 is incorrect. Rating number is off because the ratings of the port of calls made it higher. All in all, I was fraudulently booked on this cruise. Had I known the condition of camp, I would've never booked it. You're experience may be different depending on when you cruise and who you traveled with but Royal Caribbean needs to be more transparent about their policies. They should've never booked people if they do not have the manpower to handle the capacity. All they want is your money. They don't care about your experience and in the end, they lost a lot of customers.

We have been changed twice on cruises we really wanted to take. Both of them have been though Cheap Cruises. Once changed because of hurricane, and another because of covid. When cruises get changed, the customer should be given the opportunity to change to another cruise, not be forced to take what they give you. I am going to places I have been before.

An excellent cruise. Dinner was good as always. So we’re the shows.

We would have preferred to go to the original ports but the cruise was great and we would go to Roatan again.

Had a nice time.... he ship was recently touched up and cleaner than normal... Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great ship and RCCL staff is excellent as always. Enjoyed Liberty OTS and would go on this ship again.
