The problem we had that I had to go to Customer Service three times to inform them I was paying for the gratuities. The gratuities were taken off of my account and then the next day I was charged again. When I received my final bill I was charged $138.28 to the credit card, which was the gratuities. I did send this same message to Royal Carribean. This is the only big issue I had. That is why I am giving this trip a three where all my other trips would be a 5.

Another fantastic cruise to Bermuda from Cape Liberty, Bayonne, NJ. I loved the beaches, the Crystal Caves, and our visits to St. George and Hamilton. The ship was fun. My first cruise was on Liberty in 2014 and I haven't stopped cruising since.

The second day of sailing the ship was rocking a lot. A lot of people felt sick. Coming back was very smooth. Enjoyed our sea day very much.

We had to spend way too much time at guest services to get our dining room table situation rectified. We were also offered what we thought was a "comped" tour of kitchen galley and brunch , only to be charged !! That issue was ultimately resolved but only after multiple visits to guest services and speaking with dining room manager.

The cruise went well, with the exception thst we never had the same waiter. Also the fact that I didn't get all my pictures, which was downloaded by a photo staff and I still didn't get them.

Introduction to cruise for our boys (13 and 15) they loved it and we loved giving them the experience. Thank you to the Captain, officers, and crew for safe passage and wonderful experience.

Overall I enjoyed my cruise. However I can feel the service in my room could have been better

Excellent cruise and even though several ports were cancelled and changed it was a fantabulous cruise and we enjoyed our time on the Liberty of the Seas.

Liberty of the Seas out of Bayonne 8/15-24/2024 was a full sailing. I would say it was very crowded and lots of younger kids. Pools, hot tubs and loungers were super crowded from 9am but this crowd didn't mind. I always looked for quiet places to retreat especially my balcony cabin. The Chef's Table experience was exceptional. The Chops Grille and Giovanni were very good. Main dining also had great meal choices every night, and Windjammer for lunch gave many choices. Overall we enjoyed our 9 day cruise.

On day 3 we attended Encore! An Ice Spectacular that was so crowded that guests sat on steps and blocked exits.This was dangerous and security was bad.

weather did not damage bermuda. this was a bermuda cruise and why it was booked. we couldve gone last

Bermuda is absolutely beautiful. Snorkel beach is a 5min walk from the port. Public transportation is an easy and cost effective way to see the island. We will definitely go back.

I will be back!!! From the travel agent Lori Odom to the experience of the cruise everything was great!!! My son and I had a blast!!!

Traveled with my grown children and elderly mother. Great way to travel with 3 generations!

The cruise was a gift to us from our son. We were so thankful for the experience if it weren't for the seasickness I think I would have enjoyed it so much more. We had a lot of fun in Bermuda. We did a jet ski tour and swam in the ocean at Horseshoe Beach. On our last sailing day we took a ship tour. That was interesting and highly recommend it. It was overall a very memorable trip.

This cruise was nice but I have been on better ones. After this I prefer smaller ships and river boats.

Old ship that needs a renovation but it's very clean and has an old school charm. Please fix the arcade

Loved the activities for the whole family. We enjoyed the ship very much. It wasn’t about the Halifax experience for us, but Halifax weather was nice. We enjoyed simply walking on the pier trail.

Overall good value for our vacation. I'd absolutely do another cruise with Royal Caribbean and I'd definitely visit Bermuda again. Wonderful time, exceptional experience.
