Review summary

We had to spend way too much time at guest services to get our dining room table situation rectified. We were also offered what we thought was a "comped" tour of kitchen galley and brunch , only to be charged !! That issue was ultimately resolved but only after multiple visits to guest services and speaking with dining room manager.

Our 5:15 early dining reservation for 9, including 3 children, had the table listed on the sea pass abruptly changed without notification to /my Dining on the 2nd night. This caused numerous trips to guest services in order to accommodate our group and get a guaranteed table for the remaining nights. This was for sure a screw up on Royal Caribbean's part and caused unnecessary stress on our family vacation.

Room was clean and sufficiently appointed. We did have to hunt for the tissue box!

Ship tip

Make sure your issues or concerns are addressed to your satisfaction. People were smoking in non-smoking areas, kids were eating ice cream in hot tubs, adults had drinks in the hot tubs. No one seemed to be enforcing Solarium rules of over 18 only.
