This was my first cruise since Covid-19. They need more activities on the ship, and to really work on the buffet.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Windjammer disappointment bad Chinese food, jade not open, Mexican food night not good, limited selections,
Sorrentos coffee cold
Promenade cafe coffee cold, breakfast quick and convenient not bad quality.
Main dining room Mario waiter friendly, Carlos assistant waiter awesome. Escargot was good but small, prime rib and filet both over cooked, sauce is the same on both and has a weird spice in it. Caesars salad wilted and not cold, salad dressing is watered down, mushroom soup good, vegetables still good and crisp when served, no sea day brunch anymore in main dining. Beef short rib is tender and moist. The head waiter from Thailand is amazing as well, the dining room staff as always never disappoints! Mississippi mud pie is well made, very dense like a ganache, biter sweet no not over powering with sugar.
Bars Dr Pepper is not cold in 2 liter so it is flat when poured over ice, casino bar has cold cans of Dr Pepper, drinks are not strong even when not ordering through a drink package, also canned sodas are not included in the soda package according to Ben at the squeeze bar.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Pools and hot tubs are crowded because there are very few activities to do on the ship.
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Bingo crew was super fun, danced and entertained before bingo began,
Photograph had us do the worst poses on 1st formal night on staircase.
On board activities limited and cruise director was not to be seen except at ice skating show and game show at night. Welcome aboard show the first night does not happen anymore. No singers and dancers it seems in the crew anymore. Not very much to do on ship, probably due to Covid-19’s impact on the cruise line. It is nice at 60% no long lines or crowding in the ship. The app you can see the menu and order show tickets and excursions, the app is better than it used to be. You have to pay per day for the chat feature which is a negative aspect. Also it is Christmas time and the ship is not all decked out for Christmas which is disappointing. There are a couple of large Christmas trees and garland, last night for formal night the put out poinsettias on the bridge by guest services.
Thanks for the review. Flexibility and lowered expectations seem to be the key to enjoying cruising currently. Things will probably never be exactly like they were previously.
