Review summary

From the moment we entered terminal in San Diego things went smoothly.  I use a scooter and the personal could not be more accommodating.  I had a handicap accessible stateroom on third flour close to elevator mid ship.  The ship was very clean and the state room attendant made sure that we had  everything we needed including (2) foam mattress pad for the top of bed. The bed was to hard for me.

The dining room staff was excellent and made the experience that much better.  The food on the other hand was average, except for the one night at Chops grill which was outstanding.  It was like eating in a 5 star restaurant.  The entertainment for the most part was enjoyable and even though some of the shows were lacking, overall acceptable.

The ports were good especially Cartagana, Columbia.  The trip through the Panama canal was very educational and one that should not be missed, one of the marvels of the world considering when it was built.

This is our fourth cruise on RCL and all of them, the personnel were exceptional.  They all go out there way to make it comfortable and enjoyable.  The only negative is that the 15 day trip is a little to long for us.  We did book a  7 day Alaska Cruise with RCL on board for 06/15 on the Jewel of the seas because of the great promotion through the and RCL>
