Review summary
2nd week of a B2B. Very relaxing, ship got more decorated as the days progressed so by the time we got off, she was Christmas ready!! We did ship excursions the first week and none this 2nd week. We chose instead to just see what was available at pier and explore on our own. Took a cab tour in PV which was very nice.Embarkation
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
New York Pizza
Excellent, fresh and friendly service as well
Grand Dutch Café
Awesome food and drinks! I want to deduct a star for the long lines, but won't because the food was always fresh and crew friendly - It's not their fault they weren't better staffed. Warning - you can smell their awesomeness while heading to Guest Services and may find yourself detoured unless you walk on the other side. :)
Lido Market
Food was mostly good and fresh. Too many n times they were out if basics on the salad bar.
Explorations Café
Always open early and stayed late. Super friendly crew and awesome coffee.
24-Hour In-Room Dining
Used almost nightly - no issues with order, service was quick.
The Dining Room
Mostly good food, very friendly servers. Understaffed causing long waits for service.
Pinnacle Grill
Food was good, service very slow even when not full so probably due to understaffing. The $7 charge for an extra appetizer also cost them a star. While $7 is not a deal breaker, It's really not necessary given the amount of stuff they give you that you don't worded and that there's no charge for additional apps in MDR.
Gelato
Gelato was great when we were able to get it - frequently closed when we went by even though the hours on Navigator showed they were supposed to be open. Frequently out of waffle cones - crew said he was too busy to make them.
Onboard Activities
Greenhouse Spa & Salon
Easy to use, 1 star off for being waaaaay too pushy on additional sells. I know it's their job to sell as much as it is to provide services, but at some point enough is enough. Spa was clean, towels always available.
Guest Services
Helpful but understaffed causing very long wait times.
Future Cruises
Very long lines even though there were 2 desks open. Needed longer hours or another desk - friendly and helpful, but understaffed.

Ship tip
LOVE Grand Dutch Cafe for coffee, snacks and light meals - excellent pea soup (even if you think you don't like pea soup!).
