The service in the dining room was a little slow (approx 1-1/2-2 hours), but we were patient and the food was delicious! The buffet was a little crowded at times, but again patience is needed!
Onboard Activities

We purchased the Thermal Suite and so glad we did! Not many people at a time and we used it almost every day! The public pools were crowded most of the time.
Entertainment

The ones that we attended were good. Mostly music and dancing. Would have been nice to have magic shows, or decent comedians and more.

The entire staff was doing their best the entire cruise. I felt like they were a bit short handed at times.

It was great! First time on HA! We liked the smaller ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin itself was very comfortable. The only complaint is that we were sure what was going on behind or beside it as it was quite noisy during the night. Kitchen prep?? Thank goodness I brought my sound machine!
It went well! The only thing that needs improvement is the communication between the port and the shuttle companies! We were directed to go to the van that was there, however he filled up quickly. When the best van came, they drove right past us (who were all lined up) yo another line of people in a different spot than the original van!!! The shuttle drivers were saying they don’t require lines and that they just pick up whomever, wherever! What?? We waited for 2 vans and still didn’t get on so paid for a taxi to take us to our car. That was disappointing after such a nice cruise!
